Claims (8)

  1. 제조공정의 한 라인에서 채취한 시료를 슬랜더 파이프를 통해 분석장치로 이송하는 방법에서, 상기 시료와 압축액체 사이에 분리가스를 개재시켜 압축액체에 의해 이송하는 것이 특징인 시료이송방법.
  2. 제1항에서, 상기 분리가스는 이송되는 시료에 대해 0.1∼3배의 체적이 되는 양으로 사용하는 시료이송방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리가스는 슬렌더파이프를 시료흐름방향에 대해 직각으로 절단한 횡단면적 ㎟당 0.1~3㎖ 의 체적이 되도록 사용하는 시료이송방법
  4. 제1항에서, 상기 시료의 상태가 용액, 분산액 또는 용융물인 시료이송방법.
  5. 제조공정의 한 라인에서 채취한 시료를 슬렌더 파이프를 통해 분석장치로 이송하는 방법에서, 제조공정의 상기 라인 측근에 설치된 혼합실에서 상기 시료를 희석액과 혼합하고, 이 혼합액과 압축액체 사이에 분리가스를 개재시켜 압축액체로 상기 혼합액을 이송하는 것이 특징인 시료이송 방법.
  6. 제5항에서, 상기 분리가스는 상기 이송되는 혼합액에 대해 0.1∼3배인 체적이 되는 양으로 사용하는 시료이송방법
  7. 제5항에서, 상기 분리가스는 슬렌더 파이프를 상기 혼합액 흐름방향에 대해 직각으로 절단한 횡단면적 ㎟당 0.1∼3㎖의 체적이 되도록 사용하는 시료이송장치.
  8. 제5항에서, 상기 시료의 상태가 용액, 분산액 또는 용융물인 시료이송방법.
