제3도 및 제4도는 각각 제1도예의 설명에 제공하는 개략선도.
Claims (2)
- 화상 신호에 의하여 휘도 변조한 레이저 빔을 회전 다면경을 사용하여 편향시켜 소정의 면에 도달시키는 레이저 빔 편향 장치에서, 상기 레이저 빔을 상기 회전다면경의 소정 개소에 입사할 수 있는 반사 편향 광로상에 복수의 평면경을 배치하고, 각각의 평면경에 의하여 상기 반사 편향 광 경로를 등분할하고, 상기 각각의 평면경의 중심을 통하는 법선이 상기 회전다면경의 소정개소 근방의 1점에 모으는 위치로 하고, 상기 각각의 평면경에 의하여 반사한 상기 레이저 빔을 재차 상기 회전 다면경으로 입사시키고, 상기 회전다면경의 면수에서 분할된 각각의 1주사 사이클중에, 복수회의 편향 주사를 행하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 편향 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, n을 상기 평면경의 수, r을 상기 회전다면경의 내접 원방경으로한 경우, 상기 회전다면경의 회전중심에서 상기 각각의 평면경까지 최대 거리를로 한것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 편향 장치.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
