(a) 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이드 약 94 내지 약 99중량%, (b) 적어도 하나의 폴리올레핀 약 1내지 약 6중량% 및 (c) 약 0.4내지 약 1.25 범위내의 밀도를 갖는 기포 시이트(cellular sheet)를 제공하는데 충분한 양의 불활성개스 기포(cell)를 포함하는 실질적으로 무정형의 기포시이트를 열성형시킴을 특징으로 하는 경량 박막 제품의 제조방법.providing a cellular sheet having a density in the range from (a) about 94 to about 99 weight percent polyethylene terephthalate, (b) about 1 to about 6 weight percent at least one polyolefin and (c) about 0.4 to about 1.25 A method for producing a lightweight thin film product, characterized in that it thermoforms a substantially amorphous foam sheet containing an inert gas cell in an amount sufficient to form a cell.
