Claims (23)
- 다수의 상호 연결된 스트랜드를 포함하고 일부의 스트랜드만이 전기적 촉매작용 물질 피복물로 피복되는 밸브 금속망의 제조방법에 있어서, 전기적 촉매작용물질 피복물을 갖지 않는 스트랜드의 표면상에 밸브 금속 산화물을 피복하는 것을 포함하는 밸브 금속망 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 한 표면의 최소한 일부가 전기적 촉매 작용 물질을 갖는 밸브 금속 판에 다수의 슬릿트를 형성하고, 상호 연결된 다수의 스트랜드들을 포함하는 확장된 개방 망을 형성하도록 상기 판을 신장시키고, 전기적 촉매작용 물질을 갖지 않는 망의 스트랜드들의 표면상에 밸브 금속 산화물 피복물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 슬릿팅 및 신장 전에 판의 양 표면이 전기적 촉매 작용 물질을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 금속이 티타늄 또는 그 합금인 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판의 너비가 0.02 내지 5m, 길이가 0.25 내지 5m인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기적 촉매 작용 물질이 백금 그룹 금속, 백금 그룹 금속 산화물 또는 양자 모두를 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전기적 촉매 작용 물질이 백금과 이리듐 산화물의 혼합물 또는 이리듐 산화물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 전기적 촉매 작용 물질이 최소한 1g/㎡의 적하 밀도로 존재하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 전기적 촉매 작용 물질이 50g/㎡이하의 적하 밀도로 존재하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판에 형성된 슬릿트들이 상호 평행하며 10mm이하의 거리만큼 상호 이격되어 있는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 슬릿트들이 최소 0.2mm의 거리만큼 상호 이격되어 있는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 판이 5mm이하의 두께를 갖는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 판이 최소 0.2mm의 두께를 갖는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬릿트된 판이 신장되어 80% 내지 98%의 공극율을 갖는 개방양을 제공하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 금속 산화물이 망의 밸브 금속의 산화물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 금속 산화물이 개방 망을 산호 함유 대기중에서 가열함으로써 형성되는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 벨브 금속 산화물이 슬릿트된 판을 산소 함유 대기중에서 가열함으로써 형성되는 방법.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 400℃내지 600℃온도에서 가열이 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 금속 산화물 피복물이 1내지 20g/㎡의 적하 밀도로 형성되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제19항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 밸브 금속망.
- 스트랜드의 표면중 최소한 일부가 전기적 촉매작용 물질 피복물을 가지며, 그렇게 피복되지 않은 모든 스트랜드 표면은 밸브 금속 산화물 피복물을 갖는 다수의 스트랜드를 포함하는 밸브 금속망.
- 강철 내장 구조물 및 그 구조물의 강철로부터 이격된 하나 이상의 전극을 포함하는 강철 내장 구조물의 음극 방식용 시스템에 있어서, 전극들이 제15항에 청구된 개방 금속망을 포함하는 음극 방식 시스템.
- 제22항에 있어서, 강철 내장 구조물이 강철 보강 구조물을 포함하는 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
