제1도는, 본 발명의 일실시예의 유동상 연소방법의 설명도. 제2도는, 1차공기에 의한 공기비와 NOx발생량과의 관계를 표시한 그래프. 제3도는, 2차공기투입후의 공기비와, NOx발생량 및 프리보오드 온도와의 관계를표시한 그래프.
Claims (1)
- 석탄. 오일코우크스, 오일셀등의 고형연료를 유동상에 의해 연소하는 방법에 있어서, ① 상기 유동상에 개구한 1차공기공급구로부터 상기 유동상내의 이론공기량에 대한 공기비가 약 0.6∼0.8이 되도록 1차 공기를 공급 하는것. ② 상기 유동상하류의 프리보오드에 개구한 2차공기공급구로부터 2차공기투입후의 이론공기량에 대한 공기비가 약 0.8∼1.0으로되게 2차공기를 공급하는 것. ③ 상기 프리보오드의 상기 2차 공기공급구의 하류에 개구한 3차공기공급구로부터 3차공기투입후의 이론공기량에 대한 공기비가 약 1.0이상이 되도록 3차 공기를 공급하는 것. ④ 상기 유동상으로부터 비산하는 미연소회를 상기 유동상내에 재순환시키는것. 을 특징으로 하는 유동상 연소방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
