배토성형기

본 고안은 배토성형기에 관한 것이며, 하나의 작업기로서 미경지제거, 씨부림골의 형성, 배토 및 두둑형성등 여러가지 작업을 겸하여 할 수 있는 효과를 얻고자 하는 것이다.
종래에는 배토, 미경지제거, 씨부림골, 두둑형성의 작업시에는 각각 전용작업기를 취부하게 되므로 인하여 작업기의 종류가 다양하여 수요자들은 이들을 각기 구입하여야하고, 이들을 보관, 관리하게되므로 실용적이지 못하고 비경제적인 결함이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 제반결함을 해소하고 로우터리작업기 후방에 성형기를 취부하면서 배토판 양측방에 작업보조판의 취부상태에 따라 여러가지 작업을 겸할 수 있게 고안한 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상 취부대(1) 선단에 배토판(2)을 나사(3)로 결합하는 통상의 것에 있어서 배토판(2) 후방에 지지대(4)를 연장하여 미륜을 결합한 지지대(5)를 연결하고 취부대(1) 후방에 지지대(6)를 연장하여 상하 지지대(4)(6)간에 조절나사(7)로서 배토판(2)의 각도를 조절할 수 있게 구성한 것이며 미설명부호 8은 작업보조판 결합구, 9는 작업보조판 결합나사, 10은 미륜지지대 고정나사, 11은 배토 및 배수도형성보조판, 12는 두둑성형판, 13은 작업기, 14는 로우터리작업기이다.
이상과같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상과 같이 작업기(13)에 로우터리작업기(14)를 연결하여 배토작업을 하고자 할때에는 배토판(2)의 각도를 조절나사(7)로서 조절하면 배토판(2)이 취부대(1)와 결합된 나사(3)를 중심으로하여 이동되어 각도조절이 이루어지고 배토판(2)의 길이조절은 미륜지지대(5)의 승강높이로 조절하여 사용하면 된다.
그리고 배토폭의 크기를 조절하고자 할때에는 배토판(2) 양측의 작업보조판 결합구(8)에 즉 배토 및 배수로형성보조판(11)을 결합나사(9)로 결합하여 폭을 조절하여 작업을 하면된다.
또 배토판(2)의 작업보조판 결합구(8)에 배토 및 배수로형성보조판(11)이나 두둑성형판(12)을 작업보조판 결합나사(9)로 결합하여 작업을 하면 하나의 작업기로서 배토작업, 배수로작업, 두둑성형작업, 미경지제거작업등 각종작업을 할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
따라서 이상과 같은 본 고안은 배토성형기를 작업기에 취부하여 배토, 미경지제거, 씨부림골, 두둑형성등의 작업을 하나의 작업기로서 모두 수행할 수 있으므로 실용적이고 경제적인 특징이 있다.

  1. 통상 취부대(1) 선단에 배토판(2)을 나사(3)로 결합하는 통상의 것에 있어서, 배토판(2) 후방에 지지대(4)를 연장하여 미륜을 결합한 지지대(5)를 연결하고, 취부대(1) 후방에 지지대(6)를 연장하여 상하지지대(5)(6)간에 조절나사(7)로서 결합하여서 됨을 특징으로한 배토성형기.
