연사기용 보빈 성형기

본고안은 본인의 선출원고안인 실용신안등록 출원제 87-13036호 "연사기용 보빈 성형기"의 개량에 관한 것이다.
본인의 실용신안등록 출원제87-13036호는 보빈의 전부분이 거의 고른 두께를 갖도록 하므로서 어느 한부분의 두께 때문에 전체적인 성형 시간이 지체되지 않도록 하고 횡심봉을 분리 구성하되 성형공간의 중심부에서 고정되게 하고 성형되는 보빈의 구멍은 양측의 지지돌봉에 의하여 형성되게 하므로서 구멍이 스핀들에 적합하여 별도의 마개를 삽착할 필요가 없는 등의 장점은 있는 것이나 원료 주입홈이 횡설홈과 종설홈 등으로 복잡하게 구성되어 있어 원료 주입시에 높은 주입압을 필요로 하고 주입압이 떨어지면 원료 주입이 완전하지 못하여 불량품이 발생하는 단점이 있는 것이었다.
본고안은 이러한 단점을 개선하기 위하여 일측 플렌지부로 부터 직접 본체로 주입된 원료가 간단한 연결홈에 의하여 반대측 플렌지부까지 쉽게 충전될수 있도록 한것으로서 이를 첨부 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상하틀(1), (2)로 분리 구성된 연사기용 보빈 성형기에 있어서 공간부(3)의 중심부에 횡설되는 횡심봉(4)의 후미부(5) 직경이 공간부(3)의 내경과 같도록 하여 별도의 지지수단 없이도 황심봉(4)이 공간부(3)의 중앙에 위치케하고 횡심봉(4)의 머리부쪽 원형고정구(6)에 원료주입홈(7)을 요설하고 이 원료주입홈(7)은 원형고정구(6)와 일체로 형성되고 플렌지부(8)내로 돌출되어 있는 주입관(9)까지 연장 형성되어 있으며 횡심봉(4)의 머리부(4')와는 약간의 간격을 두고 있다.
주입관(9)의 외경은 타측 원형 고정구(6')에 돌설된 가지 돌봉(10)의 직경보다 약간 크게 하여 이들에 의하여 보빈 양측에 형성되는 구멍의 크기가 연사기 스핀들의 회전봉 크기에 알맞게 하였다.
횡심봉(4)의 머리부(4')는 플렌지부(8)와 공간부(3) 사이의 두께가 다른 부분 보다 특별히 두꺼워지지 않도록 단부가 평면이 되도록 구성하였으며 공간부(3)의 뒷쪽 양측에 타측 플렌지부(8')와 연결되는 연결홈(11)을 형성하여서 된 것이다.
미 설명 부호 (12)는 횡심봉(4)의 후미부(5)내에 형성된 나선(13)은 횡심봉(4)의 외주에 형성된 나선 (14), (14')는 결합용 요입부(15)는 지지돌봉이다.
이와같이 구성된 본고안은 특별히 두껍게 형성되는 부분이 없고 전부분이 거의 고른 두께로 성형되고 아울러 수축율도 고르므로 특정 부분의 수축을 방지하기 위한 심재를 별도로 삽설할 필요가 없으며 지지돌봉(15)에 의하여 보빈 양측에 형성되는 구멍은 스핀들에 적합한 크기이므로 별도 마개를 삽설할 필요도 없게되는 등의 장점은 종래와 같으나 원료주입홈(7)으로 공간부(3)에 직접 주입되는 원료는 연결홈(11)을 통하여 신속하게 반대측 플렌지부(8')에 충전되므로 원료주입시 높은 주입압이 필요없고 원료주입압이 다소 낮아져도 원료 충전 부족으로 인한 불량품 발생의 우려가 없는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 후미부(5)가 형성된 횡심봉(4)을 원형고정구(6), (6')와 분리구성하여서된 보빈성형기에 있어서, 주입관(9)과 약간의 간격을 둔 횡심봉(4)의 머리부(4')에 평면이 형성되게 하고 공간부(3)와 타측 플렌지부(8')사이에 연결홈(11)을 형성함을 특징으로하는 연사기용 보빈성형기.
