Claims (5)

  1. 디지탈형으로 제어가능한 C-MOS-스위치에 의한 개개의 스텝에서의 신호레벨을 전자적으로 조정하기위한 회로장치에 있어서, 장치(R)는 C-MOS-스위치에 연결되고 보상값을 발생시키고, 이 보상값은 먼저 C-MOS-스위치에 의해 발생되는 타지탈스텝을 보상하고, 그리고 상기 보상값은 미리 정해진 일정시간에 따라 간접적으로 강하하여 개개의 스텝이 완전히 유효하게 되게하는것을 특징으로 하는 신호 레벨을 전자적으로 조정하기위한 회로 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회로장치(R)는 연산 증폭기(op)를 포함하고, 연산증폭기(op)의 무반전 입력에는 스위치 단(S)으로 부터의 신호가 공급되고, 연산증폭기(op)의 출력은 저항기(RG)폴 통해 반전 입력에 연결되고, 그리고 반전 입력은 저항기(R4)와 저항기(R4)와 직렬인 스위치(F2)를 통해 접지전위에 접속되므로서 전자스위칭(F2)는 전자스위치(F2)휴지상태에서 도전적으로 바이어스되고, 저항기(R4)와 저항기(RG)는 연산증 폭기(OP)가 스위치 스텝의 증폭을 갖는 식으로 치수가 정해지는 것을 특정으로 하는 신호레벨을 전자적으로 조정하기 위한 회로장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 바이어스 전압(+)은 저항기(R3)을 통해 전자스위치(F2)의 제어전극에 연결되고, 상기 제어전극은 캐패시터(C3)를 통해 기준전위에 연결되고, 그리고 캐패시터(C3)를 통해 기준전위에 연결되고, 그리고 캐패시터(C3)는 스위치(T2)에 의해 브리지 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호레벨을 전자적으로 조정하기위한 회로 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 저항기(R4)와 병렬인 저항기(R1)는 휴지상태에서 고임피턴스인 전자스위치(F1)에 직렬로 연결되고, 전자스위치(F1)의 제어전극은 캐패시터(C2)와 저항기(R2)로 구성된 병렬회로를 통해 접지전 위에 연결되고, 그리고 상기 제어 전극은 스위치(T1)를 사용하며 전자스위치(F1)를 도통시키는 바이어스 전압에 잠깐 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로하는 신호레벨을 전자적으로 조정하기 위한 회로 장치.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 시간요소(R2, C2, R3, C3)의 일정시간은 스위치 단(S)을 제어하는 증분송신기(IG)의 서로 이어지는 2펄스의 시간거리 보다 더 짧게되도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 신호레벨은 전자적으로 조정하기위한 회로장치.
