Claims (8)
- (a) 분자량이 환원비점도로 0.1~1.0인 폴리아미드이미드수지 100중량부와 (b) 디페닐메탄디이소시아 네이트에서 유도된 안정화 롤리이소시아네이트 화합물 75~400중량부로 이루어진 절연도료를 도체상에 도포, 소성한 것을 특징으로 하는 절연권선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드수지는 방향족트리카르복시산 무수물 또는 이들의 유도체와 방향족 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 유도된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연권선.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트에서 유도된 안정화 폴리이소시아네이트화합물은 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트기를 블록킹제로 안정화시켜 유도한 안정화 폴리이소시아 네이트화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트에서 유도된 안정화 폴리이소시아네이트화합물은 폴리올과 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트에서 유도된 폴리이소시아네이트기를 블록킹제로 안정화시켜 유도된 안정화 폴리이소시아네이트화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 절연도료는 에폭시수지를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제5항에 있어서, 에폭시수지는 브롬화페녹시수지인것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드수지는 환원비점도로 0.2~0.5의 분자량을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리아미드이미드수지는 환원비점도로 대략 0.5의 분자량을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
