종래에 사출금형에 있어서는 TV캐비네트와 같이 제품의 내측에 형상이 복잡하여 제품취출이 어렵고 외관품질을 중요시하는 제품을 성형시킨 상태에서 취출시 2중 밀판을 사용하여 연속적으로 용이하게 취출시킬 수 있도록 한 사출 금형의 2단 취출장치에 관한 것이다. 종랭의 사출금형에 있어서는 TV캐비네트와 같이 제품의 내측에 형상이 복잡하여 제품 취출이 어렵고 외관 품질을 중요시하는 제품을 성형시킨 상태에서 취출시 도면 제6도에 도시된 바와 같이 구조상 4면 슬라이드코아(1) 때문에 에젝터핀(11)이와에 다른 취출기구 장치가 어려움에 따라 에젝터핀만을 이용하여 1단으로 제품을 취출하던 관계로 제품 취출이 어려울 뿐만 아니라, 에젝터핀에 부하가 많이 걸리기 때문에 제품외관에 백화현상 및 변형이 발생하여 생산성저하 및 불량이 많이 발생하던 결점이 있었다.Conventionally, in the injection mold, it is difficult to take out the product because the shape is complicated inside the product like the TV cabinet, and it can be easily taken out continuously by using the double-mild plate when taking out the product in which the appearance quality is important. 슬라이드코아(1)가 슬라이딩 동작할 수 있도록 설치되어있는 스트리피판(2)이 상부면에 안착되어 있는 하부형판(3)에는 하코아(4)가 장착되고 하부형판(3)에는 가이드핀(5)이 고정되면서 그 하부로는 스페이셔블록(6), 하부고정판(7)이 설치되고 이어서, 상부밀판(8)과 연결고정된 상부핀지지판(9)에는 리턴핀(10)과 에젝터핀(11) 및 런너칼커핀(12)을 장착시키고, 그리고 하부밀판(8')과 연결고정된 하부핀지지판(9')에는 리턴핀(10')을 고정하면서 하부형판(3)과 하부밀판(8')사이, 그리고, 하부형판(3)과 하단부에 에젝터봉(13)에 의해 동작 될 수 있게 연결되어 있는 상부밀판(8) 사이에는 각각 스프링(14) (14')이 탄력적으로 지지설치되고 이어서, 상단전면부로 슬라이딩턱(15)이 돌출된 텃치블록(16)을 하부고정판(7)에 볼트를 이용 체결시키면서 상부밀판(8)에는 하단전면부로 걸림턱(17) (17')을 형성시킨 록킹블록(18) (18')을 고정볼트에 의해 체결시키고 그 외측부로 하부판지지판(9')에는 내측중앙부에 슬라이딩턱(15')을 형성한 클램프(19)가 자유로이 유동될 수 있도록 양측면에 스프링(14")을 삽지한 고정볼트로 고정시켜주면서 클램프(19)의 양측단부에는 좌, 우로 유동되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 양측에 안내편(20) (20')을 설치한 구성으로 미설명부호 21은 성형품인 것이다.Hacoa (4) is mounted on the lower plate (3) on which the stripe plate (2), which is installed to slide the slide core (1), is mounted on the upper surface, and the guide pin (5) on the lower plate (3).
