본 고안은 사출 금형에 있어서 측벽에 2중으로 언더컷을 처리해야 하는 특성을 가진 제품을 보다 용이하게 언더컷을 처리할 수 있도록한 사출금형의 측벽 언더컷 처리 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a sidewall undercut processing apparatus of an injection mold that enables the undercut to be more easily processed for a product having a property of double undercutting on a sidewall in an injection mold.

종래의 사출금형에 있어서는 성형품의 측벽으로 상하에 언더컷이 있으면서 성형품에 구멍이 성형시켜야하는 경우에 이들 언더컷을 제거하기 위하여 금형 내부에 3중이상 슬라이드 코아를 조합 이를 구동시켜 언더컷을 제거함에 따라 금형 크기가 커질뿐만 아니라 제품가격이 고가이고 또한 3중이상으로 조합되어진 슬라이드 코아가 오차없이 구동하여야하기 때문에 설계시나 제작상에 어려움이 많았으며 생상중에도 작동트러블이 발생하여 생산하는데 지장을 주던 결점이 있었다.In the conventional injection mold, when there are undercuts on the sidewall of the molded part and the hole is to be molded in the molded part, in order to remove these undercuts, a combination of three or more slide cores in the mold is driven to remove the undercut.
