Claims (1)

  1. 원가스를 흡착체에 통류시켜서, 원가스내의 소정의 성분을 이 흡착체에 흡착시키는 원가스 처리공정과, 이 흡착체에 고온의 재생가스를 통류시켜서, 이 흡착체에 흡착된 소정의 성분을 흡착체에서 이탈시키는 재생공정을 번갈아 행하는 가스 흡착 처리방법이고, 상기 재생공정에 의해 흡착체에 이탈한 소정의 성분을 함유하는 가스를, 상기 원가스 처리공정후이고 재생공정전의 흡착체에 통류시켜서 재생공정전의 흡착체에 그 소정성분을 흡착시키는 재흡착공정을 포함하는 가스 흡착 처리방법.
