제3도는 제1도 및 제2도의 벽과 같은 4개의 수직벽을 포함하는 본 발명에 따른 십자형 소자의 사시도이다.
Claims (13)
- 최대 40mm의 평균 두께인 적어도 하나의 수직벽을 갖는 유리 용융로의 열 교환기 설치용 세라믹 소자에 있어서, 이 수직벽의 적어도 한면상에 소자의 일체부품을 형성하는 복수개의 장애물, 벽의 기부면에 대해 적어도 5mm인 장애물의 돌출부, 상기 돌출부의 수직 방향으로 2개의 연속 돌출부를 분리하는 거리비가 3 내지 15로 이루어지고, 연기의 소정의 이동방향의 벽의 기부면에 대해 장애물에 의해 형성된 각(X)와 가열될 공기의 소정의 이동방향의 벽의 기부면에 대해 장애물에 의해 형성된 각(Y)에서 X가 Y보다 작거나 동일하게 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리용융로의 열 교환기 설치용 세라믹 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, X 가 Y보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부가 적어도 10mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 거리비가 5 내지 10을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벽의 두면이 장애물이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수직벽의 한면상에 장애물이 이 벽의 다른면에 대해 수직방향으로 엇갈려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장애물이 수평으로 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장애물이 경사지게 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서, 소자가 인접한 경사진 장애물 사이에 배열된 수직 제2장애물을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장애물이 벽의 폭에 걸쳐 연속적으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장애물이 벽의 폭의 단 한 부분에만 놓여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소자가 쌍을 지어 수직으로 배열된 4개의 벽을 구성되고 중심 접속구와 일체화 된 것을 특징으로 하는 소자.
- 유리 용융로의 열 교환기에 있어서, 열 교환기의 쳄버가 제1항에 따른 소자의 바둑판 무늬 제공 배열을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 유리 용융로의 열 교환기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
