Description

단관 및 엘보우 취부용 바이스
제1도는 본 고안의 사시도.
제2도는 엘보우 취사시의 사용 설명도.
제3-4도는 단관 취부시의 사용 설명도.
본 고안은 모재에 단관이나 엘보우를 취부할 때 이를 정확한 위치로 안정되게 받쳐주는 바이스에 관한 것이다.
종래 이와같은 구조의 취부작업사로 한사람이 단관이나 엘보우를 잡고 다른사람이 용접하는 2인 1조의 작업방법이어서 공수가 많이 소요되고 정확한 위치에의 수평 및 추기가 어려우며 이로인해 내면 단차발생으로 수정작업이 많고 잡고 있는 사람은 용접불빛으로 시력장애를 일으키고 있는 실정이다.
본 고안은 이와같은 전문구조물의 작업을 용이하게한 지그의 창출에 관한 것으로서 그 요지를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
장치대(1) 선대에 고정앵글 받침대(2)를 45°각도로 부착하고 뒤쪽에 스크류 보올트(3)을 설치하여 이에 너트관(4)을 나사결합하며 그 위체 이동앵글 받침대(5)를 역시 45° 각도로 부착하며 뒷쪽하단에 링형가이드(6)(6')을 이동앵글 받침대(5) 윗쪽에형 엘보우지지 받침대(7)을 끼워 설치한 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 제2도와 같이 앵글부재를 얹고 스크류 보올트(3)를 돌려 앵글의 크기에 따라 너트관(4) 및 이동앵글 받침대(5)를 진퇴시킴으로서 앵글을 고정앵글 받침대(2)와 이동앵글받침대(5) 위에서 안전하게 위치되는 것이며 이 때 이동앵글 받침대(5)는 링형 가이드(6)(6')에서 유동없이 안내되어 이동하는 것이다.
또한 90°엘보우형 단관등을 작업할때는 제3도 및 제4도와 같이 한쪽은 고정앵글 받침대(4)위에 얹고 90°로 구부러진 부분은형 엘보우지지 받침대(7)위에 얹어 받치게 하면 수직 수평으로 정확하게 위치되는 것이다.
특히 제3도와 같은 상태는 플랜지가 있는 경우 고정앵글 받침대(2)와 이동앵글 받침대(5) 사이에 플랜지를 끼워 고정시키고 엘보우 부위는 엘보우 지지받침대(7) 위에 얹으면 더욱 안전하게 위치되는 것임으로 그후의 제공정이 수월하게 이루어짐으로서 작업이 신속정확하고 품질이 향상되는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 장치대(1) 선단에 고정앵글 받침대(2)를 45°각도로 부착하고 뒤쪽에 스크류 보올트(3)를 설치하여 이에 45°각도의 이동앵글 받침대(5)에 고정된 너트관(4)를 나사결합하여 이동앵글 받침대(5)에 엘보우지지 받침대(7)를 끼워 설치한 단관 및 엘보우 취부용 바이스.
