Claims (4)

  1. 금속-발열(metallo-thermal)가열을 이용하는 KVA공정과 같은 연속 제강공정에서 산화철이 많은 슬래그(7)로 덮힌 강용융물을 가열하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 욕의 산소 및 슬래그의 산소와 발열반응하는 금속과 경우에 따라서는 슬래그 형성재를 욕과 슬래그 사이의 상계면(14)내로 취입함을 특징으로 하는 가용융물의 가열 방법.
  2. 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 취입랜스(12)가 설치되고 그 입구는 욕과 슬래그의 상계면(14)으로 래들(3)의 충진 높이에 대해 조절될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치.
  3. 슬래그(7)온도에는 견딜 수 있고 욕의온도에서는 용융되는 물질로 이루어진 취입 랜스(12)가 래들(3)의 상부에 설치되고 그 입구는 래들의 바닥면 근처에 놓여서 욕의높이가 상승함에 따라 용융됨으로써 각 경우에 욕과 슬래그의 상계면(14)의 영역에 놓여지게 함을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 운반가스공급량이 조절가능한, 고형재료 공기압 공급장치(10)가 랜스(12)에 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
