Claims (12)

  1. (A)주로 방향족 디카르복실산 혹은 그의 에스테르 형성성 유도체, (B)주로 지방족 글리콜 혹은 그의 에스테르 형성성 유도체와 (C) 할로겐 함유 에스테르 형성성 화합물등의 중축합 반응에 의해 생성된 할로겐 함유량 0.5-30중량%의 난연성 방향족 폴리에스테르 공중합체에 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.1-10중량의 이소시안네이트 화합물을 배합시킨 것을 특징으로하는 할로겐 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐이 브롬인 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 글리콜(B)이 C1-8의 저분자량 글리콜인 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 지방족 글리콜(B)이 C2-8의 저분자량 글리콜 혹은 200 내지 4000분자량의 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 글리콜인 수지 조성물.
  5. 제3항 4항에 있어서, 상기 C2-8의 저분자량 글리콜이 에틸렌 글리콜 1.4-부틸렌 글리콜 및 1.4-부텐글리콜 중에서 선택한 한종류 또는 2종류 이상인 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항.2항.3항.4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐 함유 에스테르 형성성 화합물(C)이 분자내에 4개 이상의 할로겐 원자를 함유하는 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1.2.3.4.5 및 6항에 있어서, 상기 이소시안네이트 화합물이 다음과 같은 일반식(a) :
    R-(N=C=O)n(a)
    여기서, R은 2가 이상의 유기기이고, n은 2 내지 4의 정수, 로 나타내는 수지 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 이소시안네이트 화합물의 일반식 (a)에서 R이 C1-30의 방향족 히드로 카본기, C6-30의 방향족 히드로카본기, 및 C1-30과 산소원자 0 내지 6의 지환족 히드로카본기로 구성된 기에서 선택된 한종류 이상인 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1.2.3.4.5.6.7 또는 8항에 있어서, 전체조성물에 대하여 0.1 내지 3중량%의 안정제를 더 함유한 수지 조성물.
  10. (A)주로 방향족 디카르복실산 혹은 그의 에스테르 형성성 유도체 (B)주로 지방족 글리콜 혹은 그의 에스테를 형성성 유도체와 (C) 할로겐 함유 에스테르 형성성 화합물등의 중축합 반응에 의해 생성된 할로겐 합량 0.5 내지 30중량%의 난연성 방향족 폴리에스테르 공중합체에 전체 조성물에 대하여 0.1-10중량%의 이소시안네이트 화합물을 배합시킨 할로겐 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물인 피복재로 피복된 표면을 갖는 전선.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 할로겐이 브롬인 전선.
  12. 제10 또는 11항에 있어서, 상기 전선이 저압용 전선인 전선.
