Claims (7)

  1. 제어기능 고체 상태 스위칭 소자(Q1)를 구비하고, 한쌍의 출력단자(12, 14) 사이의 전류를 전도하는 출력회로 스테이지(10); 제어신호에 응답하여 상기 고체 상태 스위칭 소자를 제어하는 구동회로(20)를 구비하는 전류 제한식 DC전력 제어기에 있어서, 명령신호에 응답하여 기준전류 신호를 발생하는 프로그램 가능한 전류원(30); 선로 전압원과 상기 프로그램 가능 전류원 사이에 직렬 접속되어, 상기 명령신호에 비례하는 크기를 갖는 기준 전압 신호를 발생하는 제 1저항기(R2); 전력 제어기가 오프되는 경우, 소정의 크기로 상기 기준전압을 클램핑 시키는 수단(D2, R3); 상기 출력회로 스테이지를 통해 흐르는 전류 비례하는 크기를 갖는 제 2전압 신호를 발생하는 수단(R1); 차등신호를 발생하도록 상기 기준전압 신호와 상기 제 2전압 신호를 합성하는 수단(28); 및 상기 차등신호에 응답하여 상기 제어신호를 발생하는 수단(42)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 제한식 DC전력 제어기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전력 제어기가 턴온되는 경우, 상기 소정의 크기에서 상기 기준 전류신호에 비례하는 크기로 상기 기준 전압 신호의 변화율을 제어하는 수단(C2)를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 제어기.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기준 전압의 변화율을 제어하는 수단은 상기 제 1저항기와 전기적으로 병렬 접속된 캐피시터(C2)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 제어기.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 선로 전압원고(-)전압 제어 버스 사이에 접속된 제 1제어 전원(39)을 추가로 구비하며; 상기 클램핑 수단은 상기 제 1저항기와 전기적으로 직렬 접속된 제 2정하기(R3)와 상기 제 2저항기의 한단부를 상기(-)전압 제어버스에 접속하는수단(D3)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 제어기.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전력 제어기가 오프되는 경우, 상기 제 2전압 신호에 바이어스 전압을 부가하는 수단(R3, D1, D4)을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 제어기.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전류원과 제어접지(32) 사이에 제어 전압을 제공하는 제 2제어 전원(41)을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 제어기.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 제어 접지는 전력 시스템 접지와 공통인 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 제어기.
