Claims (4)

  1. Si 0.1-1.5%, Mn 0.1-0.65%, Al 3.1-5% 를 함유하고 나머지 Ni와 불가피불순물로된 조성(이상 중량%)을 가짐을 특징으로 한 고온강도가 우수한 내연기관의 점화플러그전극용 Ni기합금.
  2. Si 0.1-1.5%, Mn 0.1-0.65%, Al 3.1-5%, 를 함유하고 다시 Cr 0.1-2%, 를 함유하고 나머지 Ni와 불가피불순물로된 조성(이상중량%)을 가짐을 특징으로한 고온강도가 우수한 내연기관의 점화플러그전극용 Ni기합금.
  3. Si 0.1-1.5%, Mn 0.1-0.65%, Al 3.1-5%, 를 함유하고 다시 Y 및 휘토류원소 중의 1종이상 0.001-0.5%를 함유하고 나머지 Ni와 불가피불순물로된 조성(이상중량%)을 가짐을 특징으로한 고온강도가 우수한 내연기관의 점화플러그전극용 Ni기합금.
  4. Si 0.1-1.5%, Mn 0.1-0.65%, Al 3.1-5%, 를 함유하고 다시 Cr 0.1-2%와 Y 및 훠토류원소 중의 1종이상 0.001-0.5%, 를 함유하고 나머지 Ni와 불가피불순물로된 조성(이상중량%)을 가짐을 특징으로한 고온강도가 우수한 내연기관의 점화플러그전극용 Ni기합금.
