수리선박 내부로부터의 전처리용 투사체 취출방법 및 그 장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치의 요부를 보인 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 의하여 취출된 투사체의 처리방법을 보인 설명도.
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 장치를 장착한 상태를 보인 유조선의 종단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 윈치(2)의 로우프(3)에 현수된 헤드(1)를 선박의 칸내부에 투입하고 자화시켜 자화현상에 의하여 투사체를 자착시킨 후 윈치(2)를 회동시켜 헤드(1)를 상승시키며 적정 위치까지 도달함과 동시에 윈치의 회동이 정지되도록 하고 유압실린더 (8)에 의하여 헤드(1)가 일측으로 이동되도록 한 다음 헤드(1)의 자력을 상실시켜 투사체가 저장탱크(9) 상단의 호퍼(10)에 낙하되게 하고 헤드(1)가 유압실린더(8)에 의하여 원위치로 복귀하도록 하는 과정을 연속 반복적으로 수행하도록 하는 수리 선박 내부로부터의 전치리용 투사체 취출방법.
  2. 전자석이 내장된 헤드(1)의 상면 중앙에 윈치에 감긴 로우프(3)의 하단을 고정하고 모우터(M)및 변속기(5), 그리고 제어구(6)에 위하여 작동되는 크러치(CH), 벨트 및 풀리등의 동력전달 수단(7)에 위하여 윈치(2)가 회동될 수 있게 하며 유압실린더(8)에 의하여 로우프(3)를 이동시킬 수 있게 하여서 된 수리선박 내부로부터의 전처리용 투사체 취출장치.
