제 1 도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 자연적인 돌기모양의 2단 발포체를 갖는 발포벽지의 종단면도.
제 2 도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 자연적인 돌기모야의 2단 발포체를 갖는 발포벽지의 사시도.
제 3 도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 인위적인 돌기모양과 자연적인 돌기모양의 2단 발포체를 갖는 발포벽지의 사시도.
Claims (3)
- 발포벽지를 제조함에 있어서, PVC수지와 가소제, 안정제 및 발포제가 배합된 공지의 PVC발포수지에다가 PVC를 용해시키지 않으면서 그 PVC수지의 용융점 이하의 온도에서 기화되며 기화시에는 많은 기포를 발생시키는 기포형성제를 혼합시키되 상기 PVC수지 100중량부당 1 내지 5중량부의 비율로 기포형성제를 혼합시킨 다음, 이 혼합물을 기재위에 코팅 및 건조시키고 발포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 돌기모양의 2단 발포체를 갖는 발포벽지의 제조방법.
- 발포벽지를 제조함에 있어서, PVC수지와 가소제, 안정제 및 발포제가 배합된 공지의 PVC수지를 사용하되 그 배합비율을 서로 달리하여 발포성이 서로 상이한 2종 이상의 PVC발포수지를 제조한 다음, 일차로 발포성이 큰 수지를 기재위에 코팅 및 건조시킨 후, 그위에 이와 서로 조화되도록 다른 발포수지를 2차로 코팅 및 건조시키고 이를 발포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 돌기모양의 2단 발포체를 갖는 발포벽지의 제조방법.
- 발포벽지에 있어서, PVC발포수지에 기포형성제를 첨가시켜서 된 발포수지를 사용하거나 발포성이 상이한 2종 이상의 PVC발포수지를 함께 사용해서 발포형성된 2단 발포층이 형성되어 있으되 기존 발포층과 결합된 형태의 돌기모양의 기존 발포층으로부터 그 상당으로 치솟은 형태를 갖도록 되어진 돌기모양의 2단 발포체를 갖는 발포벽지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
