Claims (10)
- 일단에 취합면이 형성되고, 그리고 다수의 터미널 수취용 공동부가 축방향으로 관통, 연장하며, 각 공동부는 취합면에서 개방하는 핀 수취용 주둥이부를 가지는 길다란 원형 횡단면 플러그부, 및 일정간격으로 플러그부를 둘러싸서 원형 횡단면 전기 소켓이 플러그부에 취합되도록 하는 후드를 구비한 전기 코넥터의 절연 하우징에 있어서, 상기 절연하우징이 플러그부의 타단과 일체적으로 형성된 장방형 횡단 면형 단일편 코넥터 본체를 포함해서, 그 본체로부터 후드가 전방으로 돌기하며, 상기 본체는 취합면의 반대쪽에 터미널 수취면을 가지며, 상기 공동부 각각은 본체를 관통, 연장하는 상태로서 상기 터미널 수취면에서 개방하는 터미널 수취용 주둥이를 가지며, 또한 플러그부로부터 멀리 떨어진 터미널 수취면의 1연부로부터 뻗쳐지는 일체형의 터미널 레그 스페이서 평판을 포함해서, 이 평판에 대해서 터미널 수취면에 법선방향으로 연장함과 아울러 터미널 수취면으로부터 멀리 있는 연부에서 개방하는 다수의 긴 터미널 레그 수취용 채널을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널들 각각이 자체에 다수의 터미널 레그를 지지하는 형성을 가지며, 상기 다수의 터미널 레그는 상기 채널을 따라 길이 방향을 따라 일정간격으로 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 채널이 상기 연부로부터 연장하여서 제1터미널 레그를 수취하는 광폭부 및 상기 광폭부와 상기 터미널 수취면사이에 형성되어 제2터미널 레그를 수취하는 협소부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 채널이 측벽을 한정하고, 상기 측벽은 자체에 터미널 레그상의 상대 돌기를 수취하는 홈을 가져서, 스페이서 평판에 대한 통상적인 터미널의 이동을 억제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터미널 수취면의 주변부로부터 후방으로 연장하는 보호용 스커어트가 상기 스페이서 평판의 각단에 접하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 본체의 2양측면 각각이 외부홈을 형성하고 있고, 각 홈은 상기 본체의 금속 차폐물상에 형성된 플랜지를 미끄럼 가능하게 수취하기 위해 상기 후드의 전방연부에 그리고 상기 스커어트의 후방 연부에 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각 홈이 상기 전방연부로 개방하는 나팔형 플래지 수취용 주둥이, 그리고 상기 후방 연부로 개방하는 심부를 가져서, 스냅작용으로 각 플랜지를 수취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스커어트의 2양측면 각각에 리세스를 형성시켜서 스냅작용으로 상기 차폐물상의 저지구를 수취하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후드의 2양측면 각각에 상기 차폐물상의 탄성 고정부재를 위한 외부 릴리이프리세스를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널중 적어도 하나는 각 터미널 수취용 공동부와 축방향으로 정렬되지 않도록해서, 터미널에 접속되어 상기 터미널 수취용 공동부에 수취되는 터미널 레그가 상기 공동부에 횡방향으로 연장하여 상기 채널을 통해 뻗을 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 단일편 절연하우징.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
