Claims (7)

  1. 입상트랩(particulate trap)를 제조하여 비네스팅(nonnesting)의 아코디온식으로 절접하는 파형의 금속박판(accordion folded corrugated thin metal strip)을 구성하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 금속박판을 파형기어(corrugating gears) 사이를 통과시킴으로써 길이방향으로 진행되는 일연의 피이크(peak)와 요홈(grooves)를 갖도록 상기 금속박판에 파형을 형성시키고(corruagate), 상기 피이크와 요홈 각각에는 상기 금속박판의 길이 방향을 말단(marginal edges)사이에 형성되는 하나의 직선에서 한쪽으로 치우쳐(deviate) 복귀(return)되는 다수의 등간격의 길이방향으로 형성되는 변위를 구비하며, 상기 피이크와 요홈각각을 일연의 변위로 분리하고, 총량의 상기 직선 세그멘트(straight line segment)사이에서 설정된 반복직선 세그멘트(alternating straight line segment)는 상기 금속박판의 전체너비의 약 75-약 90%를 형성하며, 상기 변위는 상기 금속박판의 전면단(leading edge)방향으로 형성되어 일차적으로 맞물린 파형기어와 접촉되고 최종적으로 압출상태로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변위는 세브론(chevron)형상으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변위는 상기 금속박판의 길이방향 말단사이에서 형성되는 주어진 직선에 따라 등간격으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주어진 직선은 상기 금속박판의 길이방향말단에 수직으로 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세브론에서 그 양측면사이에 형성된 각은 약 160도 내지 약 175도의 범위를 가짐을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변위는 사인파세그멘트(sinusoidal segment)형상을 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변위는 사절두세브론(truncated chevron)의 형상을 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
