Claims (14)
- 금속전도체, 화학적으로 박리된 층의 규산염으로부터 전도체 상에 전기적으로 형성된 절연무기물층, 및 15중량% 이하의 탄소질 숯 잔류물을 나타내는 물질로 이루어진 내부표면을 갖는 그 위에 덮여 있는 중합체 절연층으로 이루어진 전선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이 물질은 5중량% 이하의 숯잔류물을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 이 물질은 실제로 0중량%의 숯잔류물을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제1 내지 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 물질은 수소에 대한 탄소의 전 몰비가 1.15 이하임을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 이 물질은 수소에 대한 탄소의 전 몰비가 1.0 이하임을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제1 내지 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이 물질은 올레핀동종 또는 공중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르 또는 이오노머로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 이 물질은 폴리에틸렌, 결정성 폴리아미드, 테레프탈산 및 하나 또는 그 이상의 트리메틸헥사메틸렌 디아민 이성질체로부터 유도된 폴리아미드, 메타아크릴화된 폴리에틸렌의 금속염에 근거한 이오노머, 테레프탈산 폴리부틸렌 또는 G와 R이 다음의 의미를 갖는 일반식의 긴 사슬 에스테르 단위 및 D와 R이 다음의 의미를 갖는 일반식의 짧은 사슬 에스테르 단위를 갖는 블럭공중합체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 와이어 : 상기에서 G는 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 글리콜로부터 말단 히드록실 그룹을 제거한 후에 남는 이가 라디칼, 바람직하게는 약 600 내지 6000의 분자량을 갖는 폴리(C2내지 C4알킬렌산화물)이고 ; R은 약 300 이하의 분자량을 가진 적어도 하나의 디카르복실산으로부터 카르복실그룹을 제거한 후 남아있는 이가의 라디칼이며 : 그리고 D는 250이하의분자량을 가진 적어도 하나의 디올로부터 히드록실그룹을 제거한 후 남아있는 이가의 라디칼이다.
- 제1 내지 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로겐 함유 난연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 이 물질은 10중량%까지 할로겐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제1 내지 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 절연층이 방향족 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제1 내지 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체 절연층은 내층과 외층을 포함하는데, 내층은 15중량% 이하의 숯잔류물을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제1 내지 11 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외층이 방향족 중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
- 제11 또는 12 항에 있어서, 외층은 적어도 20중량%의 숯잔류물을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 와이어.
