Claims (11)

  1. 제조하는 동안 하나 또는 그 이상의 -SH작용 그룹과 단지 하나의 금속원자 및/또는 할로겐화금속, 또는 이러한 화합물들의 혼합물을 포함하는 할로겐화 유기금속으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 할로겐화물 매우 소량을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 유기화합물의 블렌드를 가함을 특징으로 하는 처리기계를 통해 이들의 통과동안에 바람직하지 않은 열의 효과에 대한 할로겐화된 중합체 및/또는 공중합체로서 된 블렌드를 보호하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 -SH작용그룹을 함유하는 유기화합물들이 다음 일
    반식(Ⅰ)을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 방법;
    상기식에서, R(R'-SHx)v(Ⅰ)
    R은 지방족, 올레핀, 시클릭, 헤테로시클릭, 방향족과 같은 어떤 화학성질의 모노히드록실알코올의 나머지그룹, 또는 글리세린, 글리콜, 펜타에리트리트, 소르비톨, 펜타이트, 헥사이트, 모노삭카라이드와 같은 단량체 폴리올의 나머지 그룹, 또는 폴리에틸렌-글리콜, 폴리프로필렌-글리콜, 폴리비닐알코올, 셀룰로오스, 전분 및 다른 폴리삭카라이드와 같은 중합체 폴리올의 나머지 그룹이고; R은 에테르옥사이드 및 카르복실에스테르, 티오카르본에스테르, 술폰에스테르 및/또는 다른 유기산의 에스테르와 같은 여러 가지 작용그룹을 포함할 수 있고, Ry, -SHx는 예를 들면 티오글리콜산, 머캅토-프로피온산, 머캅토숙신산, 디머캅토숙신산 및 티오살시실릭산과 같은 에스테르화에 의해 R과 결합된 하나 또는 그 이상의 -SH작용그룹을 함유하는 모노- 또는 폴리-카르복실산의 나머지그룹이고, x는 R'와 연결된 -SH의 수이고, y는 R과 연결된 R'-SHx의 수이다.
  3. 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 할로겐화 유기금속이 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)를 갖음을 특징으로 하는 방법.

    상기식에서, R은 기 및/또는 단순하거나 또는 혼합된 작용그룹을 갖거나 또는 갖지 않는 지방족, 시클릭, 헤테로고리, 방향족 유기잔기이고, n은 금속 Me와 연결된 R의 수이고, Me는 Sn, Al, B, Sb, Fe, Cd, Zn, Ti, Hg, Bi, Mn 또는 Ga이고, v는 Me의 원자가이고, Hal은 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 불소이다.
  4. 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 할로겐화금속이 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 방법;
    Me(v)Halv (Ⅲ)
    상기식에서, M는 약 23℃에서 증류수 리터당 할로겐 약 35밀리당량을 녹인 용액에서 pH5 또는 그 이하, 바람직하게는 pH3 또는 그 이하를 제공하는 할로겐화된 금속염이고, v는 Me의 원자가이고, Hal은 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 불소이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 금속이 주석임을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화금속.
  6. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 -SH작용그룹을 함유하는 유기화합물의 가해진 양이 수지 100중량부당 0.1 내지 5중량부이고, 바람직하게는 수지 100중량부당 0.3 내지 1.5중량부임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 상기항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로겐함량에 의해 표시된 할로겐화물의 가해진 양이 수지 kg당 할로겐 0.1 내지 30밀리당량이고, 바람직하게는 수지 kg당 0.3 내지 10밀리당량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 상기항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보호되는 블렌드가 염화비닐, 염화비닐리덴, 염화플루오로에틸렌의 단일 중합체 및/또는 공중합체로 이루어지고, 공중합공단량체들이 초산비닐, 아크릴로니트릴, 말레산 무수물, 에틸렌프로필렌 및/또는 상기 언급한 할로겐화비닐 뿐만 아니라 할로겐화된 폴리올레핀 및 다른 할로겐화된 천연 또는 합성수지 및 탄성중합체와 공중합할 수 있는 다른 단량체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 상기항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블렌드가 또한 충격변형제, 가소제, 처리촉진제, 윤활유, 충진제, 색소, 공지된 열안정제 및 대전방지제와 같은 다른 통상의 성분들을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 열안정화시스템이 제1, 3, 4, 5 및 7항 중의 어느 한 항에 의해 정의한 적어도 하나의 할로겐화물과 결합하여 제1, 2 및 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 의해 정의한 -OH작용그룹을 함유하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 유기화합물을 특징으로 하는 제8항에 정의한 수지의 보호를 위한 열안정화시스템.
  11. 처리하는 동안 열의 효과에 대한 보호는 제1 내지 10항 중의 어느 한 항에 의해 정의한 열안정제 시스템을 사용하여 수행되는 분말, 펠릿, 페이스트 또는 어떤 다른 물리적형태의 블렌드.
