Claims (13)

  1. 화학양론적 과량의 폴리이소시아네이트와 내부 강성 폴리방향족 그룹을 함유하는 폴리방향족 활성 수소-함유 화합물과의 반응 생성물을 포함하는, 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 액체 예비중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리방향족 활성 수소-함유 화합물이 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 예비중합체 조성물.
    상기식에서 D는 각각 독립적으로 -A- 결합에 대해 오르토 위치인 경우, -A- 결합 및 방향족 환과 사이클릭 구조를 형성할 수 있는 불활성 치환체 그룹이고; b는 1 내지 10의 수이며; Z는 각각 독립적으로 활성 수소-함유 그룹이고; R은 각각 독립적으로 폴리이소시아네이트와 이소시아네이트-반응성 폴리페닐렌 화합물과의 반응에 대해 불활성인 2가 라디칼이며, A는 공유결합, 치환족 디라디칼, -CH2CH2- 또는 강성 결합그룹이거나, -A-결합에 대해 오르토 위치인 그룹 D 및 방향족 환과 함께 사이클릭 구조를 형성한다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 예비중합체 조성물을 제조하기 위해 폴리이소시아네이트 100중량부당 폴리방향족 활성 수소-함유 화합물 1 내지 50중량부를 사용하는 예비중합체 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트인 예비중합체 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, D가 각각 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 할로겐이고, b가 1 내지 2의 수이며, Z가 각각 하이드록실, 1급 아민 또는 2급 아민 그룹이고, R이 각각 옥시알킬렌 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 디라디칼인 예비중합체 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 그룹 D는 폴리방향족 활성 수소-함유 화합물이 대칭이 되도록 선택되고, R은 각각 1 내지 4개의 옥시에틸렌 또는 옥시프로필렌 반복 단위를 함유하는 옥시알킬렌 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹인 예비중합체 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 (1) 2,4- 및/또는 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트; 또는 (2) 2,4'- 및/또는 4,4'-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트, 또는 이의 유도체를 포함하는 예비중합체 조성물.
  8. 화학양론적 과량의 폴리이소시아네이트와 내부강성 폴리방향족 그룹을 함유하는 폴리방향족 활성 수소-함유 화합물과의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 액체 예비중합체 조성물과 활성 수소-함유 조성물과의 반응에 의해 제조된 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아 중합체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리방향족 활성 수소-함유 화합물이 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아 중합체.
    상기식에서, D는 독립적으로 -A-결합에 대해 오르토 위치인 경우, -A-결합 및 방향족 환과 사이클릭 구조를 형성할 수 있는 불활성 치환제 그룹이고; b는 1 내지 10의 수이며; Z는 각각 독립적으로 활성 수소-함유 그룹이고; R은 각각 독립적으로 폴리이소시아네이트와 이소시아네이트-반응성 폴리페닐렌 화합물과의 반응에 대해 불활성인 2가 라디칼이며; A는 공유결합, 치환족 디라디칼, -CH2CH2- 또는 강성 결합그룹이거나, 방향족 환 및 -A-결합에 대해 오르토 위치인 그룹 D와 사이클릭 구조를 형성한다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 활성 수소-함유 조성물이 (1)하이드록실 또는 1급 또는 2급 아민-차단된 폴리에테르 및 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트; 또는 (2) 비교적 고당량의 활성 수소-함유 화합물 및 발포제를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아 중합체.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연질 발포체 또는 경질 발포체인 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아 중합체.
  12. 화학양론적 과량의 폴리이소시아네이트와 내부 강성 폴리방향족 그룹을 함유하는 폴리방향족 활성 수소-함유 화합물과의 반응을 포함하여, 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 액체 예비중합제 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 화학양론적 과량의 폴리이소시아네이트와 내부 강성 폴리방향족 그룹을 함유하는 폴리방향족 활성 수소-함유 화합물과의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 함유하는 액체 예비중합체 조성물과 활성 수소-함유 조성물과의 반응을 포함하여, 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
