Claims (1)

  1. 실린더 내를 섭동하는 피스톤에 의하여 상기 실린더내의 가스압력을 변동시킬 수 있는 장치에 있어서, 상기 피스톤과 상기 실린더의 헤드와의 사이에 압력에 의하여 흡착능력에 차를 가진 흡착재를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 압력변동이용 혼합가수 분리장치.
