Claims (5)

  1. 영상을 N×N화소로 분할하기 위한 수단과, 하나의 DC계수 및(N×N)-1 AC계수를 갖는 N×N계수의 계수열로 변환되는 각각의 보조 영상에서 2차원 순변환을 수행하기 위한 영상 변환회로와 AC계수의크기 변화가 단조로운 계수열을 발생하기 위해 계수열의 계수를 배역하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 인코딩국으로 부터, 각각의 수신된 계수열로부터의 N×N국부 계수를 포함하는 국부 계수열을 만들기 위한 수단과, N×N국부 화소를 포함하는 국부 보조 영상을 발생하기 위해 국부 계수열에서 2차원 역변환을 수행하기 위한 계수변환회로를 구비하는 디코딩국으로 디지탈 영상신호에 의해 표시된 영상을 전송하기 위한 텔레비젼 전송 시스템에 있어서, 상기 인코딩국은 크기가 단조롭게 베치된 AC계수열을 수신하며, 전송된 차 계수열을 수신하는 디코딩 회로를 구비하는 상기 디코딩국에 전송되는 차 계수로 AC계수를 변환하기 위해 상기 AC계수를 미분 인코딩하며, 계수열의 원래의 AC계수와 합성수단에 국부 AC계수를 인가하기 위한 수단에 대응하는 국부AC계수로 상기 AC계수를 변환하는 미분 인코딩 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레비젼 전송 시스템.
  2. 디코딩국에 디지탈 영상신호에 의해 표시된 영상을 전송하며, N×N화소의 보조 영상으로 상기 영상을 분할하기 위한 수단과, 하나의 DC계수와(N×N)-1 AC계수를 구비하는 N×N계수의 계수열을 변환하는 각각의 보조영상에서 2차원 순변환을 수행하기 위한 영상 변환회로와, AC계수의 크리 변화가 단조로운 계수열을 발생하기 위한 계수열의 계수를 배열하기 위해서 수단을 구비하는 제 1 항에 청구된 텔레비젼 전송 시스템에서 사용하기 위한 인코딩국에 있어서, 크기가 단조롭게 배열된 AC계수열을 수신하며 AC계수를 디코딩국 전송되는 차 계수로 변환하기 위해 미분 인코딩시키는 미분 인코딩 회로가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩국.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 차 계수를 수신하며 각각의 계수를 차 계수의 크기에만 종속되는 가변길이 차 계수로 변환시키는 가변길이 인코딩 회로가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인코딩국.
  4. 제 1 항에 청구된 텔레비젼 전송 시스템에서 사용하기에 적당하며, 제 2 항에 청구된 인코딩국에 의해 공급된 차 계수를 수신하기에 적당하며, 각각의 수신된 계수열로부터의 N×N국부 계수를 포함하는 국부 계수열을 구비하기 위한 수단과, N×N국부 화소를 포함하는 국부 보조 영상을 발생하기 위해 국부 계수열상에서 2차원 역변환을 수행하기 위한 계수 변환회로를 구비하는 디코딩국에 있어서, 전송된 차 계수열을 수신하며 계수열의 원래의 AC계수 및 합성 수단에 그처럼 얻어진 국부 AC계수를 인가하기 위한 수단에 대응한 국부 AC계수로 상기 차 계수를 변환하는 미분 디코딩 회로가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디코딩국.
  5. 제 4 항에 청구되었으며, 제 3 항에 청구된 인코딩국내에서 발생된 가변길이 차 계수를 수신하기에 적당한 디코딩국에 있어서, 가변길이 차 계수를 수신하며 가변길이 차 계수의 크기에만 의존하는 각각의 계수를 고정된 길이의 차 신호로 변환하는 가변길이 디코딩 회로가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디코딩국.
