Claims (7)

  1. 면역친화성 크로마토그라프(Immunoaffinity Chromatograph)법에 의해 다음의 생리활성물질을 분리정제함에있어서 리간드(Ligand)로 사용한 항체에 대하여 정제하고자 하는 생리활성물질과 상경적으로 결합할 수 있는 항이디오형(Anti-idiotype) 항체를 용출제로 사용하여 목적물질을 용출 수득하는 방법. *항원성이 있는 프로테인(Protein), 리포프로테인(Lipoprotein), 리피드(Lipid), 글라이코프로테인(Glycoprotein), 뉴클레오타이드(Nucleotide), 뉴클레오프로테인(Nucleoprotein), 폴리사카라이드(Polysaccharide), 세포표면항원.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인슐린(Insulin), 유로키나제(Urokinase), 에리스로포이에틴(Erythropoietin), 종양괴사인자(Tumor Necrosis Factor TNF),백혈구 분화 자극인자(colony stimulating Factor, (sF), 세크레틴(Secretin), 혈액응고인자 Ⅷ(Blood clotting Factor Ⅷ), B형간염표면항원(HBsAg), 인간형 성장호르몬(Human Growth Hormone, HGH), 조직형플라스미노겐활성인자(Tissue Plasminigen Activator, TPA), 알파훼토프로테인(α-Fetoprotein), 알파인터페론(α-Interferon), 베타인터페론(β-Interferon), 감마인터페론(γ-Interferon), 소마토스타틴(Somatostatin), 인태반성성선자극호르몬(Human Chorionic Gonadotropine), 인터루킨 Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ(Interleukin-Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ)을 항이디오형(Anti-idiotype) 항체를 용출제로 사용하여 분리 정제하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 항원 또는 지표물질과 효소, 방사성 동위원소, 비오틴(Biotin), 또는 아비딘(Avidin)의 결합체를 항이디오형(Anti-idiotype) 항체를 용출제로 사용하여 분리 정제하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 0-5℃의 온도에서 용출하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, pH 5-9의 범위에서 용출하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 30-600분동안 용출하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 목적물질 100에 대하여 용출제 0.1-1000을 첨가하여 용출하는 방법.
