제 1 도는 “복합물(composite)” 기법에의해 제조된(YBa2Cu3)(1-x)(Bi2Sr2CaCu2)xOy에 있어서 0 내지 0.429의 x증가분에 대한 X - 선 분말 회절 무늬를 도시한 것임. 제 2 도는 문헌에 보고된 Cd3Bi10O18의 무늬에 비교한 “x=0.429복합물 시료에 대한 x - 선 분말 회절 무늬를 도시한 것임. 제 3도는 “공침 카보네이트” 기법에 의해 제조된 물질에 대한 X - 선 분말 회절 무늬를 도시한 것임. 제 4 도는 “복합물”기법에 의해 제조된 x=0.158시료에 대한 저항 대온곡선을 도시한 것임. 제 5 도는 “복합물 ”및 “공침”기법에 의해 제조된 x=0.429 시료에 대한 저항 대 온도 곡선을 도시한 것임. 제6A 내지 6D도는 특정한 본 발명 생성물의 파쇄면의 전자 현미경 사진 및 원소 지도를 도시한 것임.

Claims (8)

  1. a = 0.55Å의 면심 입방 상으로서 약 120°K에서 반도체에서 금속으로의 전이가 일어나는, Y,Bi 및 Ba의 산화물을 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항의 조성물 약 60중량%, 및 상호 연결 상으로서 YBa2Cu3의 초전도성 산화물 약 40중량%로 구성된 조성물.
  3. 적어도 2개의 초전도체를 함께 반응시켜 비초전도성 성분을 함유하는 초전도성 생성물을 형성시키는 방법.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 초전도체 반응물이 L- M - A를 함유하는 산화물로서, 이때 L은 스칸듐 및 이트륨을 포함하는 희토류기 및 Bi를 포함하는 적어도 1개의 3가 금속이고 ; M은 Ba,Be,Mg,Ca 및 Sr을 포함하여 적어도 1개의 2가 금속이며 ; A는 Nb,Cu,Ag 및 Au를 포함하여 적어도 1개의 다가 금속인 방법.
  5. (A) Bi,Sr,Ca,Y,Ba 및 Cu의 질산염 수용액을 화학양론적 당량의 4급 암모늄 카보네이트 용액과 반응시켜 Bi,Sr,Ca,Y,Ba 및 Cu의 카보네이트 공침물을 형성시키고 과량의 YBa2Cu3를 제공하며 ; (B) 카보네이트를 회수 및 건조시키고 ; 또 (C) 건조된 카보네이트를 하소시켜, a=8.55Å의 면심 입방 상에 Y,Bi, 및 Ba의 산화물을 함유하고 또 약 120°K에서 반도체에서 금속으로 전이가 나타나며 또 상호 연결상으로서 YBa2Cu3의 초전도성 산화물을 함유하는 조성물을 형성시키는 것을 포함하는 Bi,Sr,Ca,Y,Ba 및 Cu의 초전도성 산화물의 제조방법.
  6. 주로 하기 성분들로 구성된 초전도성 생성물을 형성시키기 위해 초전도성 사방정계 YBa2Cu3산화물을 초전도성 Bi2,Sr2,CaCu2산화물과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 방법 : (I) a=8.55Å의 면심 입방 상을 가지며, 흔적량의 Sr,Ca 및 Cu와 함께 Y,Bi 및 Ba의 산화물을 함유하고 또 약 120°K에서 반도체에서 금속으로의 전이가 나타나는 비초전도성 화합물 ; 및 (II)생성물 전체에 걸쳐 상호 연결된 상으로서 정방정계 초전도성 YBa2Cu3.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, X = 0.2인 (YBa2Cu3)(1-X)(Bi2Sr2CaCu|2)x의 반응물비를 이용하고 그에 따라 완성된 제품 I이 약 60중량%이고, 또 II가 약 40중량% 존재하는 방법.
  8. 제 3 항, 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 하소가 약 950℃에서 수행되는 방법.
