Claims (8)

  1. 데이타 기억 장치는 다수의 트랙을 포함하는 자기 디스크로 구성되며, 상기 트랙중 하나는 상기 트랙에 독특한 데이타를 포함하는 제 1 부위를 가지며, 리드/라이트 헤드가 상기 부위위에 위치해 있을때,리드/라이트 헤드가 상기 트랙의 독특한 신호를 수신하고, 상기 트랙은 제 2 신호를 가지는 제 2 부위로 구성되며, 상기 제 2 신호는 다수의 트랙의 나머지 부분에 상기 트랙의 각각에 섹터의 위치를 결정하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기억장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 데이타 기억장치는 또한 디스크를 회전시키기 위해 디스크에 연결되어 있는 로우터를 갖추고 있는 모터로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 모우터는 상기 로우터에 연결된 마그네트 장치, 상기 마그네트 장치를 회전시키는 로우터, 자계를 발생시키는 상기 마그네트 장치 및 자계를 감지하고 그에 응답하여 감지 신호를 발생하기 위한 감지 장치로 구성되어 있고, 상기에서 감지 장치는 감지 장치가 상기 마그네트 장치의 매 회전 주기에 다수의 감지 신호를 주도록 마그네트 장치가 회전함에 따라 상기 마그네트 장치가 통과하는 경로에 근접하여 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 리드/라이트 헤드는 디스크의 나머지 부분의 트랙중 어느 곳에서 데이타를 읽어 내고 기록할 수 있도록 상기 리드/라이트 헤드를 디스크 중심 방향과 바깥방향으로 이동시키는 장치 및 상기 리드/라이트 헤드는 상기 디스크를 포맷시키는 장치로 구성되어 있으며, 이로 인해 섹터 식별 데이타는 상기 디스크 나머지 부분의 트랙 부위에 기록되고, 상기 섹터 식별 데이타의 위치는 감지 신호에 응답하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 리드/라이트 헤드는 디스크의 나머지 트랙에서 데이타를 읽어내고 기록하는 장치를 포함하고, 상기 신호는 상기 디스크 나머지 부분의 트랙상의 섹터가 상기 트랙의 첫번째 섹터인 것을 결정하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 최소한 하나의 표면을 가지며, 상기 표면은 최소한 하나의 트랙을 가지고, 상기 하나의 트랙은 제1, 제2부위로 이루어지는 자기 디스크 : 리드/라이트 헤드 : 상기 리드/라이트 헤드는 상기 표면에서 데이타를 읽어내고 또한 기록하며, 상기 하나의 트랙에 기억된 데이타는 다른 트랙에 기억된 데이타와 비교하여, 독특하며, 필요하다면 데이타는 상기 표면에 기록되는 것으로 이루어지는 장치 : 상기 리드/라이트 헤드는 라이트 헤드가 독특한 데이타를 수신하여 어떤 위치로 부터 결정된 거리로 리드/라이트 헤드를 움직일 수 있도록 어떤 위치내에 있을때까지. 리드/라이트 헤드를 이동시켜서 상기 표면에 기록된 다른 트랙에 위치하는 장치 및 상기 디스크가 설정되어 있는 회전 위치에 있을때 인덱스 신호를 주고, 상기 회전 위치는 트랙내의 제 2 부위의 위치에 응답하여 결정되는 것으로 이루어지는 장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기억장치.
  6. 자기 디스크는 트랙내에 기억된 독특한 데이타 패턴을 가지는 최소한 하나의 트랙을 포함하고 있는 자기 디스크를 회전시키며 상기 트랙은 제1, 제 2 부위로 이루어져 있고 : 상기 리드/라이트 헤드가 독특한 데이타 패턴을 감지하여 원하는 트랙 위치의 설정된 거리고 리드/라이트 헤드를 이동시킬때까지 상기 리드/라이트 헤드를 디스크에 대해 이동시켜 트랙 위치를 검색하고 : 하나의 트랙내에 제 1 부위의 위치에 놓여지는 순간에 주어지는 디스크의 회전 위치를 지시하는 인덱스 펄스 신호를 주는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 기억방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 디스크는 모터에 의해 회전되며, 상기 모터는 자계를 발생시키는 마그네트 장치로 구성되어 있어 마그네트 장치를 회전시키며, 상기 모터는 또한 마그네트 장치가 지나가는 경로와 근접한 위치에 설치되어 자계에 응답하여 신호를 주기 위한 감지 장치로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 감지 장치는 디스크의 매 회전당 다수의 신호를 제공하며, 상기 리드/라이트 헤드가 제 2 부위를 끝내는 시간에 한 신호의 타이밍에 응답하여 다수개의 신호중 하나를 선택하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 리드/라이트 헤드가 트랙에 기록된 독특한 고주파 데이타 신호를 가지고 있는 디스크 트랙을 끝나는 시기를 결정하는 회로에 있어서, 상기 회로는 기준 클럭 신호를 주는 장치 ; 상기 리드/라이트 헤드에 수신된 신호의 주파수로 결정되는 주파수를 가지는 펄스 트레인을 주는 장치 ; 상기 기준 클럭 신호에 응답하여 증가하는 제 1 카운터 ; 상기 펄스 트레인에 응답하여 증가하는 제 2 카운터 ; 및 상기 제 2 카운터로 부터의 출력 신호에 응답하여 제 1 카운터를 리세팅하는 장치로 구성되어 있으며, 상기에서 제 1 카운터는 제 1 카운터의 내용에 응답하여 출력 신호를 주고, 제 2 카운터는 제 2 카운터의 내용에 응답하여 출력 신호를 주며, 상기 제 1 카운터로 부터의 출력 신호는 상기 리드/라이트 헤드가 설정된 주파수 이상의 신호를 수신하는 시기를 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 데이타 신호를 가지고 있는 디스크 트랙을 끝내는 시기를 결정하는 회로.
