Claims (8)
- 외부차동장치하우징(H) 내에 배설된 기어케이스(11)를 포함하여, 회전축과, 기어챔버(13) 구실을 하게 되어 있는 형의 차동장치기어기구에 있어서, 상기한 기어챔버내에 배설된 차동장치기어와, 차동기어수단은 적어도 하나의 입력기어(19)와, 제1(23), 제2(25) 출력기어를 포함하고, 상기한 차동기어수단은, 차동동작을 지연하는 것을 록킹엎하는 록엎수단(35,41)과, 상기한 록엎수단은 연결상태 사이에서 조작 가능한 클러치수단(35)을 포함하고 있어, 상기한 기어케이스와 출력기어사이의 관계회전을 지연시키는 효과를 내게되어 있고, 분리상태에서, 상기한 록엎수단은 더우기 상기한 클러치수단과 조작 가능하게 연합된 캠수단(23,43,45,47)을 포함하고, 제1(23), 제2(25) 캠부품을 포함하여, 제 2 캠부품이 제 1 캠부품에 관련하여 축방향으로 움직일 수 있게되어 있어서, 그들사이의 관련회전 구싱을 하고, 상기한 클러치수단의 연결상태효과를 내게되어 있어, 제 1, 제 2 캠부품의 하나가 외부원주형지연면(49) 구실을 하게되어 있으며, 신장성연결부품(53)은 회전축구실을 하고, 기어케이스에 대한 관련회전을 하게 설비되어 있어서, 외부원주형지연면과 조작가능하게 연합(55)되어서, 거기서 상기한 기어케이스와 관련한 출력기어 어느것이건간에 회전을 하여, 기어케이스와 관련된 연결부품의 회전을 발생하게 하며, 그리하여, 상기한 기어케이스에 관련하여 신장성연결부품의 지연회전을 하게하는 지연수단(51) 구실을 하게 설비되어 있으며 ; (가) 상기한 신장성연결부품은, 기어케이스에 의하여 2개의 축방향으로 떨어져 위치한 곳에 지지되게 되어 있고, 기어케이스를 통하여 그 외부까지 연장되어 있는 말단부(57,59)를 포함하며 ; (나) 상기한 지연수단은 지연기구를 포함하는데, 외부 차동장치하우징에 관련하여 고정적으로 설비된 부분(69)을 포함하고, 지연기구는 제 1 위치와 제 2 위치사이에서, 외부신호(73) 구실을 하게 움직일 수 있는 작동부품(71)을 포함하고 ; (다) 상기한 지연수단은, 더우기 기어케이스의 회전축 주위를 회전하고, 상기한 연결부품의 단말부분과 조작가능하게 연합(63,59)되어 있고, 거기서 상기한 제 1위치(제1도)에서, 상기한 작동부품이 지연부품과 연결부품이 기어케이스와 관련회전을 하게 배설된 지연부품(61)을 포함하고 있으며, 그리고 상기한 제 2 위치에서는 작동부품이, 지연부품과 연결되어, 기어케이스와 관련하는 회전을 지연하며, 그리하여 그 축주위에서 연결부품의 지연회전과 캠부품의 하나의 지연회전이 외부원주 지연면구실을 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 외부원주형 지연면(49)이 캠부품의 하나(43)의 외부원주 주위에 배설된 제 1 복수 스플라인을 구성하고, 신장성부품(53)이 제 1 복수스플라인과 연결되어 있어 제 2 복수스플라인 구실을 하고 있으며, 기기서 그 회전축에 관련된 연결부품의 회전은 기어케이스와 관련된 캠부품의 하나의 회전을 일으키게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어기구.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기한 신장성 연결부품의 단말부(57)가, 기어케이스의 외부적 배설이된 제 3 복수스플라인(59)을 포함하고 있고, 지연부품(61)이 제 3 의 복수스플라인과 연결된 제 4 복수스플라인(63)을 포함하며, 거기서 기어케이스에 관련된 지연부품의 회전방지가 회전축 주위의 연결부품회전을 방지하게 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 지연기구가 외부전기신호(96) 구실을 하도록 조작가능한 전자식수단(91)을 구성하여, 제 1 위치와 제 2 위치사이의 작동부품(99)을 움직이도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차동장치기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 지연부품이 연결부품뒤의 직경방향으로 외부쪽으로 연장되는 부분을 포함하고, 작동부품(71)은 그 작동부품이 제 2 위치에 있을때, 직경방향으로 외부쪽부분을 연결하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동장치기구.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기한 직경방향으로 외부쪽부분이. 제 4 복수스플라인(63) 구싱을 하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동장치기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 지연기구가 기어케이스에 관련하여 회전가능하게 설비된 레버부품(85)을 포함하고, 레버부품은 지연부품(83)을 연결하도록 적용된 수단(89)을 포함하며, 작동부품(99)은 레버부품에 인접하여 배설되어, 제 2 위치에 있을때 레버부품이 지연부품쪽으로 움직이도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동장치기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 지연기구가 제 1 위치와 제 2 위치 사이에서 작동부품(7)을 움직이게 외부유체압신호(73) 역할을 하도록 조작 가능한 피스톤실린더 작동기(69)를 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동장치기구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
