Claims (10)
- 좁은 크기의 스펙트럼 물방울 분무를 발생시키기 위한 분무 발생기에 있어서, 분무를 형성하기 위해 유체가 충돌 및 상호 작용하며 나오도록 설치된 한쌍의 이격된 노즐(1,2)과, 노즐에서 유체 흐름상이 일정한 주기의 동요를 발생시키기 위한 수단(7)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 각 노즐에 연결된 아웃풋 아암(5,6)을 갖는 쌍안정 유체 분류 가압기(7)와 이 유체 분류 가압기에 조합된 제어 포트(10,11)에 상기 각 아웃풋 아암을 연결시키는 조정가능한 피드백루프(8,9)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각 피드백 루프는 변화 유체 저항기와 커패시탄스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 제1항,2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 노즐(1,2)은 동축인 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 노즐(1,2)은 환형 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 노즐(1,2)은 동일한 흐름 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 상기 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노즐(27)이 유체 다이오드(13)의 와동챔버(28)내에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 와동 챔버는 컬러(50)내에 형성되었고, 이 와동 챔버의 각각은 한쌍의 노즐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각 챔버내의 한쌍의 노즐은 일반 유체 분류 가압기(65)와 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각 챔버내의 한쌍의 노즐은 조합된 유체 분류 가압기(73)와 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 발생기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
