제2도는 이 발명에 의한 수액관의 폐색상태 검출장치의 한 실시예를 표시하는 검출장치의 정면도.
제3도는 일정내압을 부가한 경우의 수액관 팽창치의 경시변화를 나타내는 특성도.
Claims (5)
- 주사액용기와 체내주사부를 연결하는 수액관에 펌프를 설치하고 이 펌프부의 동장작에 의하여 수액관애의 송액되는 액의 압력으로 변위하는 상기 수액관의 변위량을 기준하여 수액관의 폐색상태를 검출하도록 구성한 수액관의 폐색상태 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 펌프부보다 하류축에 있는 수액관을 편평 상태로 하여 삽입하는 삽입부와, 상기 수액관의 편평부분을 구동동작에 의하여 탄력적으로 가압하겠금 일단에 협지부를 설치한 한쌍의 구동부재와, 이구동부재간에 대향하여 설치되어 상호의 거리변위량을 검출하는 검출기와, 이 검출기에서 출력기에서 출력되는 검출치와 미리 설정된 기준치를 비교하는 비교수단과, 상기 검출치가 상기 기준치를 촉과시 경보를 출력하는 경보기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 수액관의 폐색상태 검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동부재간에 대향 설치되는 검출기를 홀센서로 구성하여서 된 수액관의 폐색상태 검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동부재는 압축스프링으로 구성하여서 된 수액관의 폐색상태 검출장치.
- 주사액 용기와 체내주사부를 연결하는 수액관에 펌프를 설치하고 이 펌프부으 동작에 의하여 수액관내에 송액되는 액의 압력으로 변위하는 상기 수액관의 변위량을 기준하여 수액관의 폐색상태를 검출하는 수액관의 폐색상태 검출 방법에 있어서, 상기 펌브보다 하류측에 있는 수액관을 편평상태로 하여 삽입부에 삽입하고, 상기 수액관의 편평부분을 구동부재의 협지부에서 탄력적으로 가압하고, 상기 구동부재간에 내향 설치된 검출기에 의하여 수액관내의 내압의 변화로 변위하는 상호거리의 변위량을 검출하여 미리 설정된 기준치와 검출기에서 검출된 검출치를 경시적으로 비교하여 검출치가 기준치를 초과시 경보신호를 출력하여 펌프부의 동작을 정지시키는 것을 특징으로하는 수액관의 폐색상태 검출방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 구동 부재의 협지부에서의 수액관을 펀평상태로 하는 탄력적인 가압동작에 대하여 대향 배치된 검출기간의 간격이 서로 벌어지도록 작동하는 수액관의 폐색상태 검출방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
