제7도는 같은예의 판넬부착용 나사고정구를 이용하여 판넬을 서로 연결할 때 나사삽입 초기의 상태를 나타낸 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 플랜지체에 나사통과 구멍을 뚫어 설치하는 동시에 이 나사통과 구멍의 하단 의주 가장자리부에 서로 소정의 간격을 두고 여러개의 다리체를 돌출설치하고,이들 다리체를 피부착물의 부착구멍에 삽입하여 이 피부착물을 상기 플랜지체의 하면에 맞닿게 하고 나사축부를 나사통과 구멍을 통하여 양 다리체사이에 진입시켜 이 나사를 회전시켜서 나사축부의 외주에 형성된 나사부가 양 다리체 내면에 이 나사부에 걸맞는 나사부를 나사내기로 설치하면서 나사축부를 이들 양 다리체에 진축시킴에 따라 하부가 각각 외측방향으로 넓어진 양 다리체로 이 피부착물을 눌러서 피부착물을 고정하도록한 연결구에 있어서, 상기 양다리체에 각각 역 U 자형상의 가는 홈 구멍을 뚫어 설치하여 이 가는 홈구멍 안쪽에 상단이 자유단으로 되어 나사가 나선식으로 들어가는 걸림부를 형성하는 동시에 이 양걸림부의 외측면 길이방향 중간부를 외측방향으로 팽출시켜서 이 걸림부의 외측면 상부를 각각 아랫쪽으로 향하는 데에 따라 점차로 외측방향으로 돌출하는 경사면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 판넬부착용 나사고정구.
