Claims (7)

  1. 제2 모뎀과 통신할 메세지 창출수단과, 상기 메세지를 상기 제2 모뎀과의 통신을 위한 수단을 갖추고, 상기 각 메세지는 제 1모뎀에 공급할 사용자 데이타를 포함하는 제1 모뎀에 있어서, 상기 각 메세지는 상기 사용자 데이타에 연속되어, 상기 제1 모뎀내에서 생성된 정보 방위데이타를 내장한 트레일러를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 모뎀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정보 방위데이타는 상기 제1 모뎀을 식별하는 데이타를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 모뎀.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정보 방위데이타는 상기 종속 모뎀에 의해 전송되는 소정번호인 모든 N메세지에 앞선 연속번호를 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 모뎀.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정보 방위데이타는 에러 체킹 코드워드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 모뎀.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에러 체킹 코드워드는 체크섬인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 모뎀.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에러 체킹 코드워드는 상기 트레일러내에서 상기 사용자 데이타와 이 데이타의 최소 소정부분 모두에 과한 기능이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 모뎀.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통신수단은 소정된 신호공간에서 소정 포인트를 이용한 상기 사용자 데이타 및 트레일러와 교신하는데, 상기 통신수단은 상기 사용자 데이타와 상기 트레일러간에 동기화신호로 통신되고, 이러한 동기화신호는 상기 신호 공간내에서 상기 소정 포인트중의 하나와는 다른 최소한 제1 포인트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1 모뎀.
