제1도는 본 발명의 색이 변하는 장식광 펜 라이트의 제1실시예를 나타내는 사시도.
제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 색이 변하는 장식광 펜라이트의 구성을 나타내는 종단면도.
제3도는 제2도에 나타낸 색이 변하는 장식광 펜라이트의 수용식 내부에 있어서의 색판의 요동시에 움직임을 설명하기 위한 도면.
제4도는 제1도 및 제2도에 나타낸 색이 변하는 장식광 펜라이트의 구성 요소인 색판의 1구성예를 나타낸 도면.
제10도는 본 발명의 색이 변하는 장식광 펜라이트의 구성 요소인 투명 중공체의 꼭대기부에 마스코트를 장착하여, 완구로서의 흥미를 자아 내도록한 본 발명의 색이 변하는 장식광 펜라이트의 변형예를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 그의 한쪽면에 조명광 입사부를 가지며, 내부에 광산란액(2)을 내포하며, 상기 광산란액(2)과 거의 동일한 비중이고, 또한 반사판 그의 표면에 피착시킨 광산란용 부재(3)를 상기 광 산란액(2)에 혼입, 부유시켜 이루어지는 투명 중공체(1), (17),(22),(34)와, 상기 중공체(1),(17),(22),(34)의 조명광 입사부에 대향하여 접속된 광 투여부를 갖는 조명광 조사기(7)와, 상기 투명 중공체(1),(17),(22),(34)와, 상기 2조명광 조사기(7)와의 접촉 횡단 방향에 있으며, 조사광을 자유로이 요동하며 착색하는 색판(13),(29)과, 상기 색판(13),(29)을 수용하는 색판 수용실(8), (21),(28),(36)과를 갖고 이루어지는, 색이 변하는 장식광 펜라이트.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 중공체(1),(17),(22),(34)가, 무색 또는 옅게 착색된 투명 플라스틱 또는 투명 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 색이 변하는 장식광 펜라이트.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광산란액(2)이, 정제수 100중량부당, 포도당 약 0.091중량부, 구연산 약 2.27×10-4중량부, 계면 활성제 약 4.5×102 6중량부를 용해시켜 이루어진 수용액이고, 상기 광 산란용 부재(3)의 비중이 약 0.39인것을 특징으로 하는 색이 변하는 장식광 펜라이트.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 광 산란용 부재(3)가 비중 1.4, 두께 0.012mm인 테토론 필름(42)의 상하양면에, 비중 0.95인 2축 연신 오리엔트 폴리프로필렌 층(43)을 각각 0.025mm의 두께로 알루미 증착법에 의해 적층한 적층필름을, 가로세로 약 2~3×2~3mm로 잘게 절단한 작은 조각인 것을 특징으로 하는 색이 변하는 장식광 펜 라이트.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광 산란액(2)이, 정제수 100중량부당, 포도당 약 0.91 중량부, 구연산 약 2.27×10-4중량부 계면 활성제 약 4.5×10-6중량부를 용해시켜 이루어진 수용액이고, 상기 광 산란용 부재(3)의 비중이 약 0.93인 것을 특징으로 하는 색이 변하는 장식광 펜 라이트.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 광 산란용 부재(3)가 비중 1.4, 두께 0.012mm인 테토론 필름(42)의 상하양면에, 비중 0.95인 축 연신 오리엔트 폴리 프로필렌 층(43)을 각각 0.025mm의 두께로 알루미 층착법에 의해 적층한 적층필름을, 가로세로 약 2~3×2~3mm로 잘게 절단한 작은 조각인 것을 특징으로 하는 색이 변하는 장식광 펜 라이트.
