제1도는 전로출강산소함량에 따른 용강중 질소증가량을 나타내는 그래프.
제2도는 래들 슬래그조성중 Ti02 함량과 튜입 40분후의 질소증가량 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
제3도는 RH 처리시 Mn 합금칠 및 Al 탈산제 투입방법에 따른 질소증가량을 나타내는 그래프.
제4도는 전로출강이후 연속조주시의 소강질소 함량을 나타내는 그래프.
제5도는 제품청정도를 나타내는 그래프.
제6도는 Ti02를 함유하는 래들 슬래그 두께별 질소 증가량 및 Al탈산제 실수율 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전로출강시 강증의 산소 : 0.04wt% 이상, 래들슬리그중의 Ti02 : 10-40wt% 및 슬래그두께 : 80-120mm로 조절하는 제 1공정과 RH처리시 Mn합금철 전량을 진공 탈탄기에 투입하고 Al탈산제를 탈탄후에 2회 이상 투입하는 제 2공장으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 흡질방지방법.
