Claims (8)

  1. 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트 중의 1종 또는 이것과 직쇄형 2가산과의 혼합물인 산혼합물과 에틸렌 글리콜을 주성분으로 하는 알콜혼합물을 반응시켜 프리콜리머를 제조하고, 이 프리폴리머와 트리멜리틱안히드리드를 반응시키는 단계로 구성되는 결정성 히드록시 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산혼합물은 테레프탈산이나 디메틸테리프탈 레이트를 40mole%이상 함유하고, 다가 알콜 혼합물은 에틸렌글리콜이 적어도 40mole% 이상, 네오펜틸글리콜을 적어도 30mole% 이상 함유하고, 산과 알콜 전체의 mole비가 알콜/산=1.05-1.3임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산성분중 테레프탈산이나 디메틸테레프탈레이트와 함께 사용할 수 있는 직쇄형 2가산은 주쇄의 탄소수가 4-12인 모노머로 이를 일부 포함한 산혼합물을 이용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 알콜성분 중 에틸렌 글리콜과 네오펜틸글리콜 이외에 1,4-부탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 1,4-시클로 헥산디메탄올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 디에틸렐글리콜중의 어느 한 성분을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 항에 있어서, 2차 반응중 트리메틸릭 안히드리드가 프리폴리머의 10중량% 이하로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1 또는 5항에 있어서, 트리멜리틱 안히드리드가 반응중 수지의 산값이 5이하될 때 안티모니트리 아세테이트를 전체 수지의 0.01-2중량% 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 최종 반응물의 용융점도가 500-4000cps, 수평균분자량 1000-3500, 히드록실값 20-100임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트 중의 어느 1종 또는 이것과 직쇄형 2가산의 혼합물인 산혼합물과 에틸렌 그리콜을 주성분으로 하는 알콜 혼합물을 반응시켜 프리폴리머를 제조하고, 이 프리폴리머와 트리멜리틱안히드리드를 반응시키는 단계로 구성되는 결정성 히드록시 폴리에스테르 수지와 블로킹된 이소시아네이트, 경화촉진제, 흐름성향상제, 안료등을 배합하는 분체도료 조성물.
