해수와 Ca(OH2)와의 반응에 의하여 Mg(OH)2제조시 Mg(OH)2이외의 함유성분중 K, Na 및 Cl의 합을 0.1%이하로 하고 기타성분을 포함하여 총성분을 0.5-3.0%로 제어하며 이후 건조, 파쇄하여 입자크기 50㎛ 이상이 5%이하이면서 평균입경을 3㎛ 이하로 하여 이것을 950-1050℃에서 소성함으로서 CAA도 250-450초의 저활성 MgO를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판 소둔분리제용 MgO 제조법.When Mg (OH) 2 is prepared by reaction of seawater with Ca (OH 2) , the sum of K, Na and Cl is less than 0.1% among the components other than Mg (OH) 2 and the total components including 0.5 CAA also produces low activity MgO of 250-450 seconds by controlling it to -3.0% and then drying and crushing to make particle size 50㎛ more than 5% and average particle diameter below 3㎛ and firing it at 950-1050 ℃.
