Claims (9)
- 차동기어하우징과 차축하우징이 구상흑연주철로 일체적으로 주소 성형되어, 상기 차축하우징의 엔드류우브부네 경화조직부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리어액슬케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화조직부가 고주파열처리로 형성된 리어액슬케이스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔드튜우브부 이외의 차축하우징과 차동기어하우징의 부분이 유연성이 있는 조직으로 형성된 리어액슬케이스.
- 차동기어하우징과 차축하우징을 일체적으로 주조 성형하기 위한 주형을 형성하고 이 주형내에 구상흑연주철을 주입하여 주조성형후, 차축하우징의 엔드튜우브부에 경화처리하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한 리어액슬케이스의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 차축하우징의 엔드튜우브부를 성형하는 주형을 주조성형후, 분할하여 앤드튜우부를 자연냉각 또는 강제냉각시켜서 강화하고, 다른 부분은 주형내에 방지하여 냉각하도록한 리어액슬케이스의 제조방법,
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 경화처리를 고주파 열처리로 하도록 한 리어액슬케이스의 제조방법
- 차동기어하우징과 차축하우징을 일체적으로 주조성형하기 위한 주형을 형성하고, 이주형내에 구상흑연주철을 주입하여, 주조성형후 차축하우징의 엔드튜우브부에 열처리를 하고, 이후 전체적으로 어니일링처리를 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한 리어액슬케이스 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 어니일링처리가 A1변태점 미만의 온도로 할 후 있도록 한 리어액슬케이스의 제조방법.
- 차동기어하우징과 차축하우징을 일체적으로 주조 성형하기 위한 주형을 형성하고 이 주형내에 구상흑연주철을 주입하고 주조성형후 전체적으로 어니일링처리를 하고 이후 차축하우징의 엔드튜우브부에 열처리를 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한 리어액슬케이스의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
