Claims (7)

  1. 형광체 현탁액을 기체와 같이 벌브내로 유입시키는 공정과, 벌브내면에 이 형광체를 도포하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 방법은, 전술한 벌브의 개구부에 형광체와 기체를 분사하는 노즐을 눌러 맞추는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 램프의 제조 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 방법은, 전술한 형광체 현탁액의 전술한 벌브내로의 유입을 정지시킨후, 전술한 기체의 전술한 벌브내로의 유입을 정지하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광램프의 제조 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 방법은 전술한 기체의 전술한 벌브내로의 유입을 정지시킨 후, 전술한 형광체 현탁액의 전술한 벌브내로의 유입을 정지하는 거오정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광램프의 제조 방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 방법은, 전술한 형광체를 도포한 후, 전술한 노즐을 떼어내는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광램프의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 방법은 전술한 형광체의 건조공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광램프의 제조 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 벌브는 굴곡부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광램프의 제조 방법.
