Claims (12)

  1. 튜우브의 세로축을 포함하는 평면을 따라서 얇은 벽부분을 가진 원통형상의 금속튜우브를 상기 평면을 따라서 2개로 분할한 원통형상의 금속튜우브와, 상기 분할된 원통형상의 금속튜우브를 견고하게 지지하는 지지포스트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기테이프 카세트용 테이프가이드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 얇은 벽부분의 양단부에는 안쪽으로 돌출하는 리브가 형성되어 있고, 상기 지지포스트는 상기 리브가 분할된 원통형상의 금속튜우브에 견고히 지지되도록 오목면 또는 홈을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프가이드.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속튜우브는 표면이 도금된 황동튜우브인 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프가이드.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속튜우브는 스테인레스강으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프가이드.
  5. 세로축을 포함하는 평면을 따라서 얇은 벽부분을 가진 원통형상의 금속튜우브를 상기 평면을 따라서 2개로 분할하고, 상기 각 분할된 원통형상의 금속튜우브를 각각 지지포스트의 둘레에 견고하게 지지시키는 공정을 포함하는 자기테이프 카세트용 테이프가이드의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속튜우브는 불규칙형상 형성기법에 의해서 상기 각 얇은 벽부의 양 단부를 따라서 안쪽으로 돌출하는 한쌍의 리브를 형성하는 테이프가이드의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속튜우브를 황동으로 제조한 후, 연마, 도금 및 2개로 분할하는 테이프가이드의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 금속튜우브를 스테인레스강으로 제조한 후, 연마, 도금 2개로 분할하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프가이드의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 금속튜우브는 연마한 후 도금하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 가이드의 제조방법.
  10. 원통형상튜브의 세로축을 포함하는 평면을 따라 소정의 직경을 가진 상기 튜우부브 적어도 내주면 또는 외주면에 홈을 형성하고, 상기 홈을 따라서 상기 튜우브를 2개로 분할하여 상기 분할된 원통형상의 튜우브를 지지포스트둘레에 견고하게 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기테이프카세트용 테이프가이드의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 튜우브가 금속으로 되어 있고, 상기 홈은 상기 금속튜우브형성과 동시 혹은 그후에 형성한후, 상기 튜우브에 도금 및 정밀연마를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 튜우브가 플라스틱으로 되어 있고, 상기 홈이 상기 튜우브의 형성과 동시 또는 그 후에 형성한 후, 상기 튜우브를 정밀연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
