본 고안은 트레일러에 설치되는 에어브레이크용 비상릴레이밸브(EMERGENCY RELAY VALVE)에 대한 것이다.The present invention relates to an emergency brake valve (EMERGENCY RELAY VALVE) installed in the trailer.
종래에는 비상릴레이밸브를 트레일러에 설치함에 있어서 이 밸브가 정상적으로 동작중인지를 점검하고저할때에는 운전석에서 브레이크 패달을 밟아 보아야 하므로 점검작업이 매우 번거롭고 불편하였으며, 트레일러와 견인차를 분리시켰을 경우에는 점검을 할 수 없게되는 결점이 있었고, 또 밸브내에 스프링으로 탄발상승되게 내장되는 피스턴은 그 상면중앙에 돌출된 지지측이 벨브커버의 내면에 형성된 지지공내에 끼워져 지지되는데 이 지지측의 외경과 지지공의 내경은 공차가 거의 없도록 제작하였기 때문에 이들이 서로 밀접되게 결합됨에 따라 피스턴의 승강작동이 원활하게 진행되지 못하는등의 결점이 있었다.Conventionally, when installing the emergency relay valve in the trailer, it is very cumbersome and inconvenient to check whether the valve is operating normally, and when you have to step on the brake pedal in the driver's seat, it is very troublesome and inconvenient.
