제 1 도는 제 1A 도에 도시된 압축기에 사용되는 댐퍼의 길이방향 단면도, 제 1A 도는 압축기의 단면도로서, 댐퍼 튜브가 그 압축기의 냉매 배출구내에 배치된것을 나타내는 도면, 제 1B는 제 1 도의 선 1B-1B의 면에서 본 단부도.
제 2 도는 제 1A 도의 선 2-2의 면에서 본 때의 제 1A 도 구조의 단부도
제 3 도는 제 1A 도의 조립체의 일부를 형성하는 2개의 실린더 블록들중 하나의 단부도
Claims (4)
- 회전 경사판과 실린더 블록들내 위치된 축 방향으로 이동 가능한 피스톤들을 가지는 경사판식 공기 조화 압축기로서, 상기 압축기가 그 압축기의 일축방향 단부의 흐름 배출구 구조와, 그 흐름 배출구의 단면적보다 작은 단면적의 댐퍼 튜브를 가진 댐퍼와, 상기 실린더들의 배출측과 연통하는 상기 댐퍼 튜브를 둘러싸는 플리넘 체임버를 가지며, 상기 댐퍼 튜브가 상기 실린더 블록들중 하나의 안에 배치되는 개방된 단부를 가지고 있고, 그리하여 상기 실린더들의 펌핑작용에 기인한 압력 맥동들이 서로 상쇄되어 압축기의 소음, 진동 및 거칠음을 감소시키도록 된 공기 조화 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼가, 상기 배출구내에 수용되고 상기 댐퍼 튜브의 단면적 보다 큰 단면적을 가진 댐퍼 몸체와, 상기 댐퍼 본체의 일부분을 형성하고 상기 배출구내에 위치되어 일측부가 상기 플리넘 체임버낸 냉매 압력에 노출되는 밸브판을 가지고 있고, 그 밸브판은 휠수 있게 되어 있어, 냉매 압력이 소망의 값을 초과한때 상기 플리넘 체임버와 상기 배출구사이를 개방 연통시키는데 적합하게 된 공기 조화 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼 튜브가 싱기 배출구의 단면적의 대략 전반이고, 관련 실린더 블록의 배출통로와 대체로 정렬되어 있는 공기 조화 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 댐퍼 튜브가 싱기 배출구의 단면적의 대략 절반이고, 관련 실린더 블록의 배출통로와 대체로 정렬되어 있는 공기 조화 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
