Claims (14)

  1. 용융 유속이 0.05∼60g/10분의 폴리올레핀수지 (A) 40∼99중량% 및 수평균 분자량이 10,000∼200,000의 고형고무 (B) 60∼1중량%로서 이루어지는 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여, 불포화 카르복실산, 그 유도체 및 불포화 에폭시 단량체로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물 (C) 0.1∼5중량부, 불포화 방향족 단량체 (D) 0.1∼5중량부 및 라디칼 개시제 (E) 0.01∼2중량부이며 또한 (C)/(D)의 몰비가, (C) 1몰에 대하여, (D)가 0.1몰이상 1몰미만인 혼합물을 용융혼련해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 카르복실산, 그 유도체 (C)가 무수말레인산인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 에폭시 단량체(C)가 글리시딜아크릴레이트 혹은 글리시딜메타크릴레이트인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 방향족 단량체(D)가 스티렌인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀수지(A)가 결정성 프로필렌계 중합체인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 결정성 프로필렌계 중합체의 양이 40∼95중량부, 고형고무(B)가 60∼5중량부인 변성 올레핀수지 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 따른 조성물을 성형해서 이루어지는 성형체를 우레탄계 도료로 도장한 변성 올레핀수지 성형체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀(A)가 에틸렌 함량 3∼15중량%인 결정성 프로필렌-에틸렌블록 공중합체인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 결정성 프로필렌-에틸렌블록 공중합체가 40∼95중량부, 고형고무가 60∼5중량부인 변성 올레핀수지 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 따른 조성물을 성형해서 이루어지는 성형체를 우레탄계 도료로 도장한 변성 폴리올레핀수지 성형체.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리프로필렌 중합체가 공중합체이며 그 프로필렌 단일중합체 부분이, 비등헵탄 불용부의 이소텍틱·펜타드 분율이 0.970이상이며 또한 비등헵탄 불용부의 함유량이 단일중합체 부분에 대하여 5.0중량% 이하인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  12. 제5항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리프로필렌 중합체가 공중합체이며 그 공중합체 부분의 양이 20∼80중량% 함유되는 기상중합법으로 제조된 프로필렌-에틸렌블록 공중합체인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 고형고무(B)가 수평균 분자량 10,000∼100,000의 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물의 용융 유속이 0.1∼100g/10분인 변성 폴리올레핀수지 조성물.
