1: insole material 2: short fibers

3: cork powder 4: rubber and polyurethane mixture

The present invention relates to a shoe insole material that can have excellent elasticity, caking resistance, and breathability while utilizing the properties of natural coke by combining natural coke and short fibers combined with a porous structure with rubber and polyurethane caking material. Conventionally, EVA, PVC, polyurethane, low-foam synthetic resin materials have been used as a shoe insole material, but it is a non-continuous unit of pores, it is not breathable and this is difficult to remove sweat, causing only athlete's foot However, with use for a certain period of time, the wall surface and the wall surface forming the unit pores are gathered by pressing, so that the elasticity is lost and thus the shock resistance is insufficient.

In general, synthetic resin materials have greater thermal conductivity than natural cork, which may cause frostbite due to poor thermal insulation and hygroscopicity.

Initially, the cork powder was bound with an adhesive to form a plate-like body, but it is easily broken due to the lack of caking resistance which is a disadvantage of the cork itself.

The present invention is to improve the disadvantages of the conventional shoe insole is to feel good when ignited, the effect of impact resistance is large, and to obtain a shoe insole excellent in breathability and corrosion resistance.

The shoe insole material according to the present invention can be referred to as a shoe insole agent of a plate-like body formed by mixing and binding natural cork powder and short fibers (pasa) with rubber and polyurethane, and the structure of the insole material (1) It is a plate-shaped body formed by binding short fibers (2) and cork powder irregularly scattered therein with rubber and polyurethane mixture (4).

For reference, the manufacturing method of the shoe insole according to the present invention is dried by mixing 0.1-0.15 parts of polyurethane dissolved in methyl ethyl ketone and 0.3 part-0.35 parts of short fibers (fasa) with respect to 1 part of cork powder by weight ratio. After this, the rubber dissolved in the same amount of methyl ethyl ketone as the polyurethane is mixed with the first, and molded into a furnace-like plate which becomes a heat device, and is completed by vulcanizing at a temperature of 150-200 ° C.

Cork, which constitutes such shoe insole material, is originally a porous cell, and there are about 2 million polycytic cells in the cubic inch. Each cell is a watertight and elastic compartment, so it has urethane that absorbs high impact and is light. The mixture of rubber and polyurethane strongly binds the cork and the short fibers to reinforce the coking property which is a disadvantage of the cork. In addition, the short fibers are arranged in each direction to improve the caking resistance, to provide air permeability vertically and horizontally and to improve hygroscopicity.

Therefore, the shoe insole material according to the present invention has a good touch when lighted, light weight, high shock absorption capacity and high elasticity. In addition, it is excellent in hygroscopicity and breathability, and can obtain a great effect on athlete's foot prevention and a thermal insulation effect with low thermal conductivity. It is a product that is expected to have great demand as a shoe insole in the future.
