Claims (7)

  1. 열가소성 수지에 의하여 일차성형된 일차측성형부와, 상기 일차측의 열가소성 수지와 재질이 다른 열가소성 수지에 의하여 일차측 성형부에 대하여 이차 성형된 이차측 성형부를 갖는 수지제품에 있어서, 상기 이차측의 열가소성 수지의 용융온도를, 상기 일차측의 열가소성 수지의 용융온도보다 고온으로 설정함을 동시에 상기 일차측 성형부에는 상기 이차측 성형부와의 접합면에 이차측 성형부를 형성할 때에 용착하는 돌기부를 일차성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일차축 성형부의 용착용의 돌기부가 이차의 열가소성 수지의 사출방향과 직교한 방향으로 돌출한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제품.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일차측 성형부의 용착용의 돌기부가 예각적인 단면의 삼각형상을 이룬 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제품.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일차측 성형부의 용착용 돌기부가 두께가 얇고 단면이 직사각형을 이룬 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제품.
  5. 제1항-제4항 가운데 어느 1항에 있어서, 일차측 성형부의 용착용 돌기부가 고리형상으로 돌출한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제품.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일차측 성형부의 용착용의 돌기부가 가늘고 긴 핀형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제품.
  7. 상기 제1-6항 가운데 어느 1항에 있어서, 일차측 성형부의 용착용의 돌기부가 이차측의 열가소성 수지가 통하는 간격을 두고 서로 근접하여 복수개 돌출한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지제품.
