제3도는 본 발명을 실시하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐의 확대 상측 평면도.
제4도는 제3도의 파편-저지 하단 노즐의 상단 좌측 코너의 확대 상측 평면도.
Claims (8)
- 노심판이 그내에 형성된 냉각제 입구 홀(52)을 가지는 원자로서 하단 노심판에 하단 노즐을 지지하기위한 지지수단(42)과, 하단 노즐이 노심판에 지지될때 상기 노심판(14)에 걸쳐서 뻗으면 지지수단에 연결되는(46)으로 구성되는 연료-봉 지지그리드(20)를 포함하는 연로집합체용 파편-저지 하단 노즐(12)에 있어서, 판(46)은 하단노즐이 노심판(14)에 지지될때 상기 냉각제 입구 홀(52)의 각 하나와 직접 정렬되는 위치에서 판내에 형성된 상호적으로 일정한 간격의 컷-아웃 영역(50)과 함께 대체로 고체 형상을 가지며, 각 컷-아웃 영역(50)은 연결된 컷-아웃 영역에 걸쳐서 뻗으며 상기 판(46)에 대해 부착된 분리개방 십자형 구조물(54)을 연결하며, 각 십자형 구조물(54)은 다수의 개개의 개구(56)를 한정하며 각 개구는 연료봉을 지지하는 지지그리드(20)의 최하위 그리드의 점유되지 않은 공간을 통해 자유롭게 통과하기에 너무 큰 냉각제-수반되는 파편을 여과하기 위해 충분히 작은 단면적이며, 비손상을 유도하는 크기의 파편을 통과하기 충분히 큰 단면적이며 최하위 지지그리드 점유되지 않은 공간을 통해 자유롭게 통과할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 상기 컷-아웃 영역(50)은 하단노심판(14)의 연결된 입구 홀(52)과 실제로 동일한 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컷-아웃영역(50)의 적어도 하나는 한 컷-아웃영역(50)에 뻗으며 연결된 십자형 구조물(54)에 대해 및 상기 판에 대해 부착되는 안내-딤블 하단 지지 구조물(60)을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컷-아웃영역(50)의 적어도 하나는 한 컷-아웃영역(50)에 뻗으며 연결된 십자형 구조물(54)에 대해 부착되는 안내-딤블 하단 지지 구조물(60)을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 십자형 구조물(54)은 개방 그리드를 다수 삽입 스트랩 (58)의 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 십자형 구조물(54)은 개방 그물 구조물을 형성하는 다수의 상호 연결된 십자형 와이어(64)의 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 판(46)은 컷-아웃 영역(50)으로부터 일정한 간격위치에서 판내에 형성된 한 압력-하락 감소하는 유동 홀(66)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐.
- 제7항에 있어서, 각 십자형 구조물(54)은 상기 판(46)의 평면내에 연결된 컷-아웃 영역(50)에 걸쳐서 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 파편-저지 하단 노즐.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
