제3도는 소적의 형성없이 가스의 압력을 200bar에서 1bar로 감소시키는 2단식 장치를 나타내고 있다.
Claims (8)
- 응축 소적의 발생없이 가스 매질과 응축성 증기로 구성된 압축가스를 고압력에서 저압력으로 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, 고압력으로 압축가스를 공급하고, 상기 압축가스를 제 1 임계오리피스를 통해 고압력에서 중간압력(상기 고압력과 저압력사이의 압력)으로 팽창시켜 중간 압력으로 팽창된 압축가스를 공급한 다음, 상기 팽창 압축가스를 제2 임계오리피스를 통해 중간 압력에서 저압력으로 팽창시킴으로서, 상기 고압력과 중간압력 및 중간압력과 저압력사이의 압력 강하가 응축성 증기의 소적형성을 일으키는데 필요한 압력강하보다 낮게하는 단계로 구성되는 것을특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력강하가 약 20:1인 방법.
- 응축소적의 발생없이 가스매질과 응축성 증기로 구성된 압축가스를 고압력에서 저압력으로 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, 고압력으로 압축가스를 공급한 다음, 다수의 임계 오리피스를 통해 상기 압축가스를 연속적으로 고압력에서 저압력으로 팽창시킴으로서, 각각의 임계 오리피스 전반야에 걸쳐있는 압력강하가 상기 응축성 증기의 소적형성을 일으키는데 필요한 압력강하보다 낮게하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 두개의 연속 임계 오리피스 사이의 부피가스 유속을 감소시키는 단계로 더욱 구성되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 임계오리피스에 접근하는 가스의 속도를 감소시키는 단계로 더욱 구성되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 임계 오리피스에 열을 가함으로서 상기 오리피스의 냉각을 방지하는 단계로 더욱 구성되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2개의 연속 오리피스사이에 충분한 거리(공간)를 제공함으로서 상기 2개의 연속 오리피스중에 제1단식 오리피스를 통해 팽창시키기 전에 가스의 온도를 원래의 온도로 복귀시키는 단계로 더욱 구성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 충분한 거리(공간)가 임계 오리피스 직경의 약 5-10배 사이인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
