Claims (5)

  1. 다음과 같은 물리화학적 특성을 갖는 스트레팍스:
    (1)평균 분자량: 약71.700±500
    (2)성상 및 용해도:담황색 분말로서 물에 용이하게 녹으며, 메탄올, 에탄올, 아세톤, 에테르 등에는 불용
    (3)다당체 함량:
    당함량(%):90.8±1.2(페놀-황산법에 의함; 표준물질:만노오즈)
    단백질 함량(%):9.2±1.2(로우리-폴린법에 의함; 표준물질:소혈청 알부민
    (4)안정 pH:pH3.0-6.2(최적 pH 5.0)
    (5)아미노산 및 아미노산의 조성:아미노산 분석기로 분석한 결과, 구성 아미노산의 17종 이었으며, 주로 아스파르트산, 글루타민산, 세린, 글리신 및 트레오닌이 존재함을 알았음
    (6)적외선 흡수 스펙트럼에서 특색적인 흡수밴드:
    3450㎝-1,1150-1000cm-1,810cm-1(KBr)
    (7)NMR(1H)스펙트럼:제3도와 같음
  2. 유효 성분으로서 스트레팍스로 이루어진 면역증강제
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 면역증강제가 악성종양, 양성종양, 암에 효과적임을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제.
  4. 스트레팍스를 생성 하는 후술의 세균학적 특성을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 프트렙토코카스:
    1)그램균주:양성
    2)평판 배지에서의 성장:
    ⅰ)혈액 아가...α-용혈현상
    ⅱ)맥콘게이 아가...성장 없음
    ⅲ)T.C.B.S.아가...작은 원형의 황색군락
